Casa Julia is a fantastic villa with a private pool, extensive gardens, panoramic mountain views in a privileged location within walking distance to Pollensa old town. The villa sleeps 6 guests in 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and has been carefully renovated retaining many of its original features to create a traditional yet sophisticated atmosphere for an unforgettable holiday. Set over 2 floors the interiors are spacious, bright and very welcoming. On the ground floor, the living and dining room has a fireplace and doors that open straight out to the covered front terrace. A separate fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining dining area also has doors to the terrace. There are two bedrooms, one master double and one twin, the master has direct access to a full bathroom with "Jack & Jill" doors to the hallway. Upstairs is a further twin bedroom that enjoys a private terrace with views to the pool and mountains, a shower room and a second comfortable lounge. Outside, the spacious gardens offer a playground for children as well as lots of well-kept lawns. Shrubs surround the magnificent private pool area with a sun terrace, loungers, table tennis, shower and a generously sized L-shape pool with Roman steps. For those who enjoy al-fresco dining, there is a purpose-built barbecue area with an outdoor kitchen and terraces that
invite guests to relax and enjoy the beautiful panoramic views. Casa Julia provides a tranquil haven to relax in privacy and enjoy outdoor living in a place that feels miles away from the daily routine whilst in just a short stroll you have access to all the amenities and attractions of Old Town Pollensa or amazing sandy beaches in just a few minutes drive!

Air-Conditioning and Heating
Where stated air-conditioning is included and acts as a cooling and heating system on a timer (available for use between 14:00 - 16:00 and 20:00 - 08:00 hours).

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.

Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.
