Spacious 1-bedroom apartment new on the market located on second line of beach in Marbella centre, with views to the famous Puerto Deportivo, close to all amenities such as bars, restaurants, public transport, etc. Parking space included in the rental price.
This spacious 1-bedroom apartment comprises: access to the 3rd floor via elevator; once inside, entrance hall with leading to the different rooms; bright living room with a comfortable "chaise longue", wonderful 47" Smart TV with worldwide international channels, and dining area; fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook, such as oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, etc.; access to the bedroom and bathroom area through a corridor, where you will find a spacious closet with sliding doors to store your belongings; bathroom with shower and double faucet for your comfort; spectacular double bedroom that does not lack detail, with a flat-screen TV and a private furnished and glazed terrace for you to enjoy partial views of the sea and Puerto Deportivo.
On the rooftop there are two community pools with great 360º views of Marbella and sunbeds which may be used free of charge.
Bed linen, a set of towels per person and a beach/pool towel included in the rental price.
