Summary:
Villa Kite has a unique offer reflecting the style of its owners. It is incredibly bright, airy, cosy and comfortable. Both bedrooms have panoramic views of the Mediterranean, which are simply stunning. However, it is the outside features of the villa that make it stand out, with expansive space at the back and front - shaded entertaining area or the soft seating pergola area next to the Infinity pool that make this property welcoming.

The Space:
With a fresh look throughout. This new property has been furnished to a modern specification unlike any other property on the LaVanta development. With its private walled garden at the back of the property, it makes a restful hideaway for those wishing to avoid the high temperatures during season.

On entering the property, there is an easy stretch from the living area (with its L shaped sofa, TV and coffee table) and a fully fitted kitchen (with dishware, pots and pans, and cooking utensils) with its bright white minimalist approach and breakfast bar through the patio doors to the pool terrace and its infinity pool.

Well appointed throughout including air conditioning in every room, and open-plan in design, Kite is the perfect choice for families or friends alike. A covered pergola terrace or a standalone pergola island alongside the infinity pool are positioned to the front of the property with an expansive area at the back for outdoor dining or to simply relax in the shade in the early evening, set in a peaceful enclosed garden.

Upstairs, there are stunning sea views from both bedrooms. The master bedroom (King bed with en-suite bathroom) has its own balcony where you can it and admire the panoramic views from afar as Kaputas (outside Kas) over to the edge of the hillside where Parata beach starts. a Great spot for an early evening drink as you watch the stunning sunsets that Kalkan has to offer.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds, also with the the opportunity to view the panoramic delights of this part of the Turkish Riviera.

Both bedrooms have access to a large wet room with shower; and storage for your holiday clothing.

All properties on LaVanta are fully air-conditioned.

Guest Access:
You have access to the whole house with garden and outdoor spaces alone, including swimming pool.

Full use of LaVanta facilities including a stunning communal 25m Infinity pool with breathtaking views of the mediterranean with sun-loungers and parasols. Alongside the pool is the LaVanta ClubHouse which offers a selection of hot and cold food; beers, wines, spirits, cocktails and soft drinks. Children are also catered for with table tennis; football table; trampoline and an infant plunge pool. We look forward to welcoming you to the Clubhouse.

The Neighborhood:
KALKAN
As a retreat from the rigours of modern life, Kalkan is little short of idyllic!

Nestled around a sheltered natural harbour at the foot of the majestic Taurus Mountains, this unspoilt historic town overlooks a bay of breathtaking beauty.

A thriving Greek fishing village called Kalamaki until the 1920s; Kalkan is now largely devoted to high-end tourism.

Look out for Kalkan's charms in the compact old town including the picturesque harbour, shops, and various eateries including cafés, bars and fine dining restaurants.

The town is well served by banks and supermarkets. There is a large Thursday market in town and a smaller local market in the neighbouring village of Akbel on a Sunday.

The harbour area caters for all, including a small pebble beach, beach clubs (many of which can be reached by a frequent boat shuttle service); watersports clubs; and not forgetting the very popular past-time of a day at sea.

If you wish to venture beyond Kalkan, a visit to Kas (20min drive) would be highly recommended or to Fethiye, which is very popular for shopping.

LAVANTA
The gated complex that is LaVanta is set within beautiful landscaped gardens overlooking Kalkan and the Mediterranean Sea on Turkey's Turquoise coast.

It is a 4-minute drive (or an energetic 20 minute walk) to the centre of town. Its height above sea level means that it benefits from cooling breezes in the height of the summer. There is a large 25m communal infinity pool, plunge pool (for the kids), and a selection of sun loungers and parasols. Sat alongside the pool is the LaVanta Clubhouse which includes a café and bar offer throughout the day. It is unquestionably, the place to enjoy the magnificent hillside setting.

The world-renowned Kaputas beach and Patara, with its Lycian ruins are both only a 10-minute drive away.

Cleaning

Cleanliness and Hygiene are more important now than ever. The property is cleaned before and after you, the linens and towels are washed and the beds are freshly covered.  Bed linen and towels will be changed for those staying longer than a week.

We are committed to Health and Safety on an ongoing basis. Health and Safety Guidelines are on display when you enter LaVanta; and also around the pool at the Clubhouse. We ask that you follow these guidelines.
