A three bedroom, 2 bathroom traditional Mediterranean style villa, built on one level and located close to the Son Bou beach and the shopping centre.  The villa benefits from air conditioning in the lounge and Master bedroom and private off road parking.
The brightly coloured air conditioned lounge is comfortably furnished with sofas, occasional chairs, wooden storage unit, coffee table, TV unit with Satellite TV (few English channels) and DVD player. The villa also has Wi-Fi internet access. Large patio doors lead out onto the covered terrace with sea views, perfect for outdoor dining.
An archway from the lounge leads to a dining area with table and chairs and the fully fitted modern kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped for a self catering holiday with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The property also has a washing machine.
The villa has three bedrooms. The largest bedroom benefits from air conditioning and has a double bed, bedside chests and fitted wardrobes. There is also an en-suite bathroom. Patio doors lead from the bedroom out onto the terrace area.
The remaining two bedrooms are both twin bedrooms and share a separate bathroom.
Externally there is a private 8 x 5m swimming pool with sun-beds and parasols. A few steps up from the pool area is the large covered terrace, ideal for outdoor dining, and to the side of the villa is a brick built BBQ.
Despite being built in an older style, with some of the original floor tiles remaining, Villa Nuria is fully equipped for a self catering holiday and offers holidaymakers a comfortable stay, close to the beach and facilities of Son Bou.
