Villa La Ballena Dorada - a 200m de la playa

La Ballena Dorada is an elegant villa with a large garden and a large swimming pool located in the Fuente del Gallo urbanization, the most prestigious in Conil de la Frontera, located on the beach. It has one private parking within the plot.
The villa consists of four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious living-dining room, a kitchen and a porch. Two bedrooms with bathroom en suite with a double bed of 180 cm, another bedroom with two single beds of 90 cm and the last one located on the upper floor with three single beds of 90 cm. The three bathrooms have a shower tray. The bedrooms and the living-dining room have heating and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a dishwasher. At the back of the house is the washing machine and a sunny area where you can hang clothes or towels.
The terrace has a closed porch of about 20 m2 where there is a low table with armchairs and a bench that will allow you to relax and enjoy beautiful views of the garden and pool.
The large garden, with different types of plants and trees, as well as the large swimming pool, will ensure that your vacations are assured, feeling at all times that you are in a privileged place. The garden has tables and chairs, as well as hammocks and a swing where you can relax and enjoy the sun by the pool.
La Ballena Dorada also has a good free internet connection, which will allow you to work remotely without any problem. Thanks to a work desk and office chair located on the upper floor, they will help you make teleworking more efficient and comfortable, while enjoying beautiful views of the sea and the urbanization. If necessary, we can provide an additional office desk and chair, in cases where more than one person would like to telework.
Likewise, the villa is adapted for families with babies, since we have a travel cot, a high chair and a baby bath, so that the stay with your baby is as comfortable as possible.
