Apartment located in one of the most sought after and high standing neighborhoods of the city, right on the coast of Santa Cruz. It is a very spacious, open-plan, bright and comfortable accommodation, whose main attraction, in addition to its location, are the spectacular views of the North Pier with its daily traffic of cruise ships and with the sea as a backdrop. It is an ideal accommodation for families or small groups, both for travelers who come for tourism or on a business or work trip.
It is a large apartment that consists of a very large main room that houses the living room and dining room, a sliding glass door separates this room from a porch converted into a study with a generous desk and its corresponding office chair, located in front of the large windows. . From this height, it enjoys wonderful views of the sea, the port of Santa Cruz and the city.
