The Space:
LIVING & EATING
The open-plan living area is tastefully decorated with contemporary wallpapers and art. The space benefits from high ceilings and huge sash windows that provide natural light to create a bright and airy atmosphere. The dining area has an extended dining table that can accommodate six guests, and the kitchen is fully equipped, including a fridge/freezer, wine fridge, oven, gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, and dishwasher.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The primary bedroom is generously proportioned and furnished with a king-size bed, providing lots of storage space via an extended wardrobe. It also benefits from a fully tiled ensuite bathroom with a shower, standard sanitaryware, and a large mirror.
The second bedroom is at the rear of the house and offers views of the leafy garden. It has polished concrete floors and two single beds that can be kept separate or joined together to form a super king.
The third and fourth bedrooms provide a double bed and look out onto the garden.
Hotel-quality linen, towels and bathroom essentials are all provided, as are a hairdryer and an iron.
OFFICE/COT SPACE
A small box room filled with natural light is furnished with a desk but can also
accommodate a travel cot provided on request. The room is accessed via the main bedroom.
EXTERNAL SPACE
The rear garden, which is shared with a neighbour, is large a leafy and provides a pocket of peaceful
tranquillity.
An area guide is provided, and we are available 24/7.
