Du wirst nicht enttäuscht sein!

DER RAUM: Der RIESIGE, offene Grundriss ist auf Unterhaltung ausgelegt und eignet sich ideal für große Gruppen. Viele Sitzgelegenheiten mit massivem Lederschnitt, 65-Zoll-4K-Fernseher und Highspeed-Internet. Die Bar ist mit einer Eismaschine, einem Weinkühlschrank und Amazon Echo (Musik) ausgestattet. Sie können sich an der Bar unterhalten, Billard spielen oder Outdoor-Aktivitäten wie Ping Pong, Beer Pong und Corn Hole nachgehen.

5 SCHLAFZIMMER: Die Master Suite ist groß und komfortabel mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem 55 "4K HDTV. Zwei-Personen-Dusche mit zwei regulären Duschköpfen und einem dritten Regenduschkopf. Komplett mit zwei Waschtischen und begehbarem Kleiderschrank. Alle Schlafzimmer haben Deckenventilatoren, HDTV und super bequeme Betten. Direkter Zugang zu den Bädern von 3 Schlafzimmern. Die anderen 2 Schlafzimmer erreichen das Badezimmer mit der Jet-Badewanne und der Dusche über den Flur.

KÜCHE & ESSEN: In der geräumigen, voll ausgestatteten Küche können sich zahlreiche Personen Mahlzeiten zubereiten. Sie umfasst eine zweistoffbetriebene KitchenAid 36 "-Reihe. Zwei Speisesäle mit reichlich Sitzgelegenheiten für 15 Personen. Zusätzlicher Kühlschrank in der Garage.

AUSSENBEREICH: Der Pool verfügt über LED-Beleuchtung und eine maximale Tiefe von ca. 2 m, wodurch er kinderfreundlich ist. High-End-Spa für 8 Personen. Viele Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien und Restaurants mit TV ergänzt. Hat sowohl einen Gasgrill als auch einen Holzkohlegrill.

Awesome house, fun for everyone, great size, perfect family house

The rooms are big, the pool table was a real hit, the hot tub and heated swimming pool were fun, the bathrooms huge and great showers, the beds comfortable. It was just a very nice place for our whole family to come and visit our daughter for thanksgiving.

Great for all ages

We had a great time staying at this property. The pool, pool table, and overall setup of the house was perfect for entertaining everyone from ages 14 to 80. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions/concerns.

Beautiful House - Just as Pictured

I had a retreat for a group of 7 women and this house was wonderful! The kitchen is wonderful and had everything we needed, the living room and dining areas were perfect for relaxing and spending time together and the pool was so much fun! We even snuck in some ping pong and a game of pool. Our host was very communicative and helpful. HIGHLY recommend!

Home during the solar eclipse

We had a fantastic stay in this home and was able to experience the solar eclipse from the pool and backyard - amazing experience. We had a very nice interaction with Blake before and during our stay and he responded promptly to our requests. Highly recommendable house for a large group.

Perfect spot for a Girls Weekend

We had nine of us in town for a “Say Yes to the Dress: Mother of the Bride/Groom Edition” and this house was the perfect place to stay! It was spacious and comfortable and provided us with a great place to relax and have fun after long days of shopping! I would definitely book here again and highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in this area!

The home was beautiful and very spacious. It was in a wonderful neighborhood. We felt very safe. The home did have quiet rules etc. There were a few hiccups we encountered but the management did show up to fix the problems.

No Hot Water & Too Strict

The house was really nice but it was not a relaxing stay. There are sooo many rules not listed on the initial booking. Papers are posted all over the house about a curfew (not being outside after a certain time), very strict rules about guests that only visit, and etc. It felt like we had to walk on eggshells to not be charged extra. Also, there were roaches in the master bathroom. Maintenance did come out the next day and spray but for over $3k for a weekend stay, you would think that wouldn’t be an issue. Lastly, there was no hot water on one whole side of the house. The host was made aware after the first night but told us we weren’t turning the nozzle correctly. After checking every faucet on that side of the house, maintenance was sent out again. We were told that something was not lit and the part would not be available in time for our stay. There was no monetary compensation for having one less bathroom for the number of people staying in the home. I have stayed in other VRBO homes and never felt like this. The house was nice, so it’s unfortunate for the other events that transpired, to make this a 1 star rating. I would not recommend.

Awesome Home

Such a wonderful stay! Everything was clearly outlined. Huge space for our multi generational group. Everyone loved the home and was super comfortable. My dad even wanted me to take pictures to get design ideas for a future home. Superb layout! Pool was enjoyed by all! Quiet, upscale neighborhood! Made for a memorable graduation weekend for my son from SMU. Thank you!!! Memories for a lifetime! Definitely would stay here again!!

Successful Mini Reunion

The venue was perfect for our mini-family reunion. The house was exactly as depicted in photos and description. We had plenty of room to relax and the kitchen was well appointed. The ping pong tables were a big hit.

Another great stay!

We stayed here a few years ago and loved it. Covid kept us away after that, so we were thrilled to return. The location can’t be beat with close proximity to just about everything. There’s a path for walking or jogging not too far out the front door. The home itself is spacious and clean and well-supplied. We had a big group of 7 adults and 5 kids, so could have used a few extra bath towels. But there were plenty of beach towels. Too cold to swim but the hot tub was enjoyed by all. Kitchen had all the supplies we needed. We hope to return again!’

Family GameTime Vacation

My husband's family meets every year in Dallas for the Red River Showdown. This year we decided to bring our kids and friend of mine and her family for them to all hang out at the house and enjoy a mini vacation. The house was absolutely beautiful, very large for all of the kids to run around, the details of the home were posted throughout and answered any questions we had. We did pay the added amount for the pool to be heated. The kids expressed one day that they thought it wasn't very warm and the property owners jumped on our concern very swiftly. They were wonderful the days leading up to our stay and readily available throughout our stay. We received nothing but great feedback from our family and friends and will most likely try to stay again next year.

Overall good experience

When we first walked into the house the house smelled SO strongly of marijuana, we thought oh maybe it’s just cologne or cleaning supplies. The kiddos wanted to swim so we just started unpacking and all went to the pool. That’s where we found left over joints crushed by the pool- therefore we knew it was what we were smelling. I contacted the managers and they were aware of the problem and tried to air it out before our stay. We also had a toilet that was not bolted to the floor which we mentioned and they fixed it within 24 hours. The pool vacuum cleaner was also broken so they came and removed that the second day but nothing was provided in its place so the pool got pretty dirty. The pool itself was great in size but the maintenance on the pool is lacking. There are several cracked tiles and/or missing tiles throughout the pool. The pool slate tile outside of the pool gets very hot from the sun so I would recommend bringing a canopy to help shade the tile. Also an hand-bar entry into the pool would be nice for the elderly trying to enter and exit the pool. The hot tub was also missing maybe close to 20 jets. The cleanliness of this “luxury house” was disgusting. Our kiddos played blocks on the ground in front of the fire place and their feet and knees were black with dirt. The adults feet were black by just walking around to the rooms etc. it’s clear the floors were not clean. The bed I slept in had crumbs in the sheets and dried contacts from previous guests. The master bathroom did not have any hot water besides the first day. There was no ice maker as described in the listing; it appears it was removed from the wet bar. The layout of the house was great and the beds were comfy- we enjoyed having fans in the rooms. The kitchen was fully stocked as described (minus having enough steak knives for 13 people). Overall this property gets 3 stars as it did provide a nice place for our family to gather and create memories. It was the price we paid and the lack of attention to detail which brings our review down. Blake was friendly and fixed the toilet within 24 hours, which we appreciate. The management staff responded quickly to our messages. Location of the house is great and we felt very safe.

We traveled for the 4th of July and had a wonderful time. Everything was clean & they had endless amenities for all ages. The kids enjoyed the pool, ping pong, and corn hole. We will most definitely visit again!

Spacious and comfortable

We stayed here while our daughters were in soccer tournament. We were able to spread out and relax. Garage keypad never worked so was challenging getting on and out of house. We asked on that with no response. Other than that everything was perfect for what we needed.
