Tastefully renovated apartment in one of the ancient buildings of the Quadrilatero district and a few steps from Porta Palazzo market.
The apartment, located on the first floor of a building with a lift, opens onto the living area furnished with 2 single sofa beds, a bookcase, a TV and a spacious desk perfect for students or remote workers. The independent kitchen is fully equipped, fitted also with a microwave, an oven, a refrigerator, a kettle and a coffee machine, in addition to a peninsula with high stools. A large mezzanine, accessible by a staircase in the living room, separates the sleeping area from the living area and comes with a queen size bed and walk-in closet. The full bathroom with shower, furnished in the shades of blue with a hairdryer, completes the apartment.
At guests' disposal there is also a stereo system, Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning in the living room and heating.
