Great apartment & helpful host

This apartment was perfect for our quick stay in Rome. We were able to walk to the Vatican , it is so close. The apartment is bigger and more spacious than we expected which was great! Host was responsive and helpful. Very clean and accommodating with dropping luggage off early

Excellent Location

We were met at the front door by the owner who showed us around the unit. It was well supplied with the basics, the rooms were very comfortable and clean. It is listed as a three bedroom unit but it’s really only two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living/dinning room. We only needed two rooms so it wasn’t a problem for us. The location couldn’t be better. It is only a short block away from the Metro and easy walking distance to the Vatican Museum or St Peter’s. I would highly recommend this rental and will stay there again when I go back to Rome.

Excellent host, nice location and very comfortable apartment.

We had a great stay. It was great that the unit came with a washer and kitchen. The two bathrooms and air conditioner in every room, made the stay very comfortable. A surprise bonus from the host was free breakfast at Mozart Cafe every morning, which is just on the other side of the lane.

Wonderful place and location

The place was well situated for our trip to Rome. We were easily able to get wherever we wanted to go on foot. The host was friendly and responsive upon arrival and even let us put our bags in the apartment while we waited for it to be cleaned. There were many shops and restaurants nearby yet the street was relatively quiet. The only issue we had was that it was listed as a 3 bedroom and it is actually 2 bedrooms and a pullout sofa in the kitchen/living area when you first walk in. Also, the bed pillows were really flat and probably need to be replaced. It was great having two bathrooms and the washer. That definitely came in handy. Thanks for a great stay!

Awesome Host

We were met at the door by Francesco who walked us through the apartment, informed us of the location, where to shop for groceries, restaurants, entertainment the whole routine of the Vatican etc. He has and continues to assist us after our departure. Warm and welcoming and was there for us every step of the way. Francesco…you get the big piece of chicken. This apartment is in a great location away from the crowds of center Rome convenient to metro, cabs, shopping, restaurants, it has it all.

Great location and great property owner!

We were pleased with the convenience of the location of this property. It is within a few blocks of the Vatican and the metro, making it easy to maneuver around this large city. The property was neat and the property owner was responsive and extremely flexible when our travel plans kept shifting. A great value for the money.

Great location

Francesco was a great host and met us at the apartment when we arrived. The apartment was clean and tidy, and was in a fantastic location with a metro station only 5 minutes walk away. The cafe across the road which Francesco gave us breakfast vouchers for was lovely, and we'd also highly recommend the pizza/pasta shop across the road - lovely local food at great prices. It was nice to be in an area where there were a lot of locals, but still have easy access to get around, and such a quick walk to the Vatican and St Peter's Basilica. The apartment was lovely and clean, but my only note is that the ensuite bathroom did smell a bit musty. I'd still highly recommend staying here.

Amazing location great apartment and fabulous host!

The apartment is in a great location so close to the Metro with shops and restaurants within walking distance. It’s really well appointed and spacious. We were delayed and Francesco was very flexible and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend this place we were a group of 5 and i slept on the sofa bed in the lounge which was so comfy. I slept really well as did we all.

Fantastic, welcoming, safe, and fun!

Francesco was an excellent host. He personally greeted us and quickly walked through everything we needed to know, including helping us with some recommendations and other advice. He even threw in a free breakfast coupon for a nearby cafe. He was kind, friendly, and welcoming. The apartment itself was nice, clean, and had plenty of space. It felt like a really safe area and was really convenient to the metro and other sites. I would gladly stay here again.

Okay

Good location and close to lots of bus stops and the Vatican, however there was no extra toilet paper and the rolls weren’t full when we checked in, so we nearly ran out between the two bathrooms. Also, there was some mold in the bathroom which left it a bit musty. Overall a decent place and the owner is very kind.

BEST flat in Rome!

We can’t say enough good about our stay in this flat. Francesco was so great about meeting us, showing us around, and welcoming us to his city. The flat was clean, very nice, very comfortable, and only a short walk to the Vatican Museum. The restaurant across the street was charming and delicious as well. Thank you, Francesco, for your hospitality! It was so great to meet you and visit your city.
