What is wrong here in Cordoba
Our family stayed here in early Jan 2025. We received welcoming emails thru VRBO from the property manager prior to our arrival. We were met by an employee who said she was expecting us and escorted us to the apartment. We settled in and immediately faced issues: flooding in the bathroom when taking a shower, poor WiFi connection, poor heating, apartment not matching the description on VRBO, enough concerns that we immediately reached out to the property manager. A very long story short, we were escorted to the wrong apartment, stayed the night, and moved the following morning. The staff moved our luggage to the new apartment, and when we returned from a scheduled tour we attended, gave us the wrong access code to gain access to the building. Our luggage was inside, we were outside, stranded. I borrowed a phone and called the office during business hours and reached an answering machine! I then found a number the property manager gave me a few days prior and reached a woman who claimed to be the on-site manager. She was delightful and very helpful. She assisted us to the apartment and assured us that if we had further issues we could reach out to her. The management company apologized again for the situation via VRBO, but this is not what I paid for, and if it were up to us, we would have left and found somewhere else to stay. I did ask for a refund, but was met with an apology and assured nothing further would happen. Very disappointing.
