The main living space is 'L' shaped, with a shaker style kitchen and solid wood kitchen island, highlighted by pendant lights hanging from the ceiling above. The kitchen is well equipped and the open plan nature of the room makes it inviting and sociable. The living space is cosy and relaxed with feature bay window and stylish settees, you can even catch glimpses of the sea and beach from the looking out the bay window. Enjoy a meal around the circular dining table, next to patio doors which open out to your own private patio. 
The two double bedrooms have been tastefully furnished with double beds, plenty of storage and both bedrooms benefit from patio doors opening out to the same enclosed patio area. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room, while the second bedroom has use of the family bathroom adjacent.
The Victorian seaside town of Swanage with its eclectic mix of independent cafes, shops and galleries is only a 5 minute walk from the property. Not to mention of course its sandy beach and steam railway. The historic and picturesque Corfe Castle is just 5 miles away and the National Trust beach at Studland with its 4 miles stretch of sandy beach is within a 15 minute drive.
