Das geräumige Wohnzimmer ist mit detailreichen Details ausgestattet, von der kunstvollen Verkleidung, der Gipsverkleidung und einem dekorativen Fries über einem großen, geschnitzten Kamin. Lichtströme von zwei hohen Schiebefenstern mit original Arbeitsläden. Es gibt ein großes Sofa sowie einen großen bequemen Stuhl, einen Fernseher und eine DVD sowie eine Auswahl an Filmen und Büchern. Ein Esstisch für 4 Personen mit einem Set Spode China für besondere Anlässe.

Das Schlafzimmer hat auch große Fensterläden mit Blick auf einen kleinen, ummauerten Innenhofgarten und einen verzierten, geschnitzten Kamin mit Spiegel. Es gibt ein cremefarbenes und ein Messingbett mit einem 5-Zoll-Kingsize-Bett, einer Kommode, einem Kleiderschrank und einem hübschen französischen Sessel.

Ein gepflegtes, weiß gefliestes Badezimmer mit einer rauchblauen Glasverkleidung verfügt über polierte Steinfußböden, über denen sich ein Bad mit Dusche, ein Waschbecken mit Ablage und ein WC befinden.

Der Steinboden trägt zu einem schönen Creme ausgestattete Küche mit Granit-Arbeitsplatten und eine Theke, zusammen mit zwei Hochsitze. Französisch Türen führen in einen privaten Hofgarten mit Tisch, Stühlen und Sonnenschirm und einem Holzschuppen. Die Küche ist ordentlich gestaltet und gut ausgestattet und verfügt über einen Gasherd, einen Elektroherd, einen großen Kühlschrank und einen separaten Gefrierschrank, einen kleinen Geschirrspüler und eine mit Trockner kombinierte Waschmaschine.

Die Bath Spa Bahnhof und Busbahnhof sind ein 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß. Alternativ ist ein Parkausweis für 1 Auto erhältlich, mit dem Sie in einer Wohnbucht am Katharinenplatz oder in den benachbarten Straßen parken können.

Really nice place. We loved it.

Terrific. Loved it. Location couldn’t be better Bed was good. Back garden needed a cleanup to use. But we would stay there again and recommend it +++ Of the 6 VRBO we used, it was a favorite. Kitchen Well stocked. Host was tremendously responsive with a key issue.

Lovely stay in this charming apartment

The apartment is gorgeous and had everything we needed. The area is quiet but only a short walk away from amenities and the centre of Bath. The parking permit is a bonus, once we had parked we didn’t use the car again until it was time to leave. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the goodies in the kitchen were a nice touch.

So convenient to everything notable. Pleasant walks to town through pedestrian walkways. Lovely spacious interior dates from 1790s but with all modern fittings. Several good cafes or pubs around the corner.

Tasteful Convenience

This lovely apartment has everything: English charm, elegant and tasteful décor, and proximity to everything you need. The bed is comfy, the kitchen is well appointed, and the great room is cozy and complete with a big-screen tv! Walk to the city center, to main attractions, to excellent dining and to wonderful shopping. Parking a car is very tight in Bath, but there is a parking permit included with this apartment. We had some trouble operating the washer/dryer, but it was probably our fault! We wholly recommend this darling place!

Chic and sweet in Bath

Another great stay in Bath with Bath Holiday Rentals. As always the arrangements worked like clockwork; the apartment was just as described and the stay a delight. Catherine Place Garden is beautiful - stylish, well equipped and a fantastic central location. Traffic in Bath gets worse and worse but nonetheless I never failed to find a nearby parking space. Thank you for a most refreshing and relaxing stay.

A beautiful and we'll looked after apartment. It is furnished to a very high standard.

A fantastic stay. The apartment is beautifully furnished and has all the facilities you would need. We were met at the apartment and were told about some key points of interest nearby - it was very useful to have the map as we had not visited Bath before. The property is situated in a very quiet location but the city centre with all of the main tourist attractions is only a few minutes walk away. Thank you.

A very pleasant and well located holiday apartment

My husband and I enjoyed very much this apartment which was our Bath 'home away from home' for two weeks. It was clean, well maintained and had all the facilities we needed, such as a good washing machine/dryer a good cooktop and a breakfast place for two in the kitchen. The apartment has a charming little garden, in which we sat at night when it was cooler. We would certainly recommend this apartment to friends and relatives who have no mobility problems, as the way from the city to the apartment is rather steep.

Fantastic apartment!!

Sara was so helpful when we got lost ! Apartment was so beautiful we stayed in on the Friday night loving the log fire. My daughter and I always have a mini break before Christmas and this was the best. Thank you for the welcome pack, and the Christmas decorations! We will be back soon.

A lovely place to stay in Bath

The flat was very nice & well appointed. Staff was very responsive when we had a problem with a faucet sticking. The location was perfect. Close in & walkable to all Bath sites but still a quiet, peaceful neighborhood.

Wonderful flat, combining Georgian elegance with modern conveniences and comfort

Great flat. Well-appointed and just lovely. Lots of light and really enjoyed morning tea in the little garden. In a lovely area too with a little cafe half a block away. I hope to go there again. You should be aware that the flat is a bit over a mile to the Abbey and transit stations and , after a day of walking, the walk up to the flat can be daunting. Totally do-able even for me, a not-too-fit senior citizen, but I confess to taking a taxi a couple of times. No city bus comes close but the hop on-hop off tour bus does. And, although none of the free maps show it, there is another cafe, pub and small market another block up the hill. Anyway, a lovely, very quiet flat to relax. Also, Marcus and Sara were terrific as contacts when there was an issue. Thank you guys! Lastly, jot down the address because, at least in my case, it did not appear on subsequent paperwork.

Home away from home for 2 months

My husband and I stayed at Catharine Place Garden while I was working in Bath for 9 weeks. It is a charming little flat that is quintessentially Georgian. Alexa and everyone else we dealt with during our stay was so friendly, nice, and accommodating. We had a few issues while we were there (to be expected because everything is so old there!) and everything was handled quickly and effectively. It came with everything we needed to live there for 2 months like we would at home. In addition to the property itself being great, it is in an amazing location just between The Circus and The Royal Crescent. There are countless cafes and restaurants that are easily walkable including some of our favorites just steps away in the Margaret's Buildings. We were very happy with our stay and already miss it dearly.

Excellent Location for Exploring Bath

When we travel we always stay in self catering apartments. We shop and cook as if we were at home. Therefore a fully equipped kitchen is of prime importance. The only item that my husband would have liked would be a four cup drip coffee maker. To be fair we found this amenity in only one of the seven accommodations we rented during our 25 day vacation in the UK. The kitchen is very well equipped. Parking in Bath is tight. Once you find a spot stay put. Walking is the best way to experience Bath. This apartment is in an excellent location. The Margaret's Shops are convenient for produce, bread and other items. This apartment was quiet, comfortable and well furnished. It was not as clean as most accommodations in which we stayed during our 25 day trip to the UK. Ashes had been left in the fireplace and could be smelt during a during a brief rain storm. The keys used to enter the building and apartment are not labeled. My husband was unable to unlock the doors. A certain amount of patience and fineness is required to unlock both doors. On the whole we would recommend this apartment as a suitable accommodation for exploring Bath.
