This stylish and modern flat has been finished to a high standard and features comfortable furnishings and modern fixtures and fittings. The floor to ceiling windows light up the flat creating a feeling of space. The open plan living space comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, dining table and a snazzy sofa and TV. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. The stylish double bedrooms feature a full length window, clothes storage space and a comfortable bed with crisp hotel linen. There are 2 modern and clean bathrooms, meaning no queue's in the mornings! Each has a shower (1 also with bath), toilet and sink as well as complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels for your use. There is also 1 free parking space allocated with the property.
There is a communal roof terrace that you can access during your stay.

Located in the city centre amongst a modern and safe development, you have an array of shops, bars, restaurant and cafes right on your doorstep. The majority of the cities attractions are within walking distance, with the main Bullring Shopping Centre just a 10 minute walk away.
Getting Around:
Most points of interest in the city are within walking distance, but there are also a number of bus routes leaving from the road outside the property. Birmingham New Street Train station is a short bus or taxi ride away or a 10-15 minute walk.
Other Things to Note:
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to late check-in fee.
Late check-in fees:
For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50 charge.
For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75 charge.
For security reasons:
We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
