This modern and bright 1 bedroom apartment is located in Birmingham city centre, set within a brand new development. The stylish interior is beautifully finished, featuring floor to ceiling windows, modern furnishings and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay in the city. It is just a 10 minute walk from New Street train station and only a 2 minute walk from the coach station. On-site parking is also available at no extra cost.
The Space:
This contemporary and spacious apartment has been finished to a high standard and features luxurious furnishings, modern fixtures and fittings. The full length windows throughout the apartment bathe the space in natural light and add to the spacious and modern feel. The open plan living space comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a large sofa and TV. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. The spacious double bedroom features a full length window, storage space for clothes and a comfortable bed with crisp hotel linen. The modern bathroom has a shower with bath, toilet and sink as well as complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels for your use. There is also 1 free parking space allocated to the property.
There is a communal roof terrace that you can access during your stay.

Located in the city centre amongst a modern and safe development, you have an array of shops, bars, restaurant and cafes right on your doorstep. The majority of the cities attractions are within walking distance, with the main Bullring Shopping Centre just a 10 minute walk away.
Getting Around:
Most points of interest in the city are within walking distance, but there are also a number of bus routes leaving from the road outside the property. Birmingham New Street Train station is a short bus or taxi ride away or a 10-15 minute walk.
Other Things to Note:
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to late check-in fee.
Late check-in fees:
For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50 charge.
For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75 charge.

We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
