Set across two floors and hosting thee bedrooms including a double with en-suite basin, a ground-floor double, along with a ground-floor bathroom and first-floor open-plan living space with electric stove. The kitchen contains an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. For entertainment, guests are provided with a TV with Freeview and WiFi. Outside there is communal parking for two cars and a communal front and rear garden with furniture. The central heating is powered by electric and is included in rental price, along with power. Sorry, no pets are allowed at this property. Please be mindful that smoking is not permitted. There is a shop within 1.7 miles and a pub within 0.7 miles and a beach within 0.4 miles.
