Hosting three bedrooms, including a double with en-suite bathroom, two twin bedrooms, along with a bathroom and a wet-room, this property can sleep up to six people. There is also a kitchen/diner, a utility and a sitting room. Outside there is a multi-level garden with lawn, patio and furniture and ample off-road parking. Awel Deg is an idyllic base for a coastal retreat to Wales.
Amenities: Gas central heating with underfloor heating. Range electric oven with five-ring gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, washer and dryer, dishwasher. 3 x TVs, WiFi, DVD Player. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Electric Vehicles: This property has an EV charging point, once you have paid your balance, you will receive the owners details to arrange and pay for use. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, (please bring your own beach towels and cot linen). Travel cot and highchair available on request. Large multi-level garden with lawn, patio and furniture. This property doesn't have a barbeque however guests are welcome to bring their own. Off road parking for two vehicles. Two small, well-behaved dogs welcome (additional charges apply). The garden is now enclosed but please keep dogs under control at all times. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.2 miles, beach 2.7 miles
