Luxurious 3-bedroom cottage in the heart of the Cambrian Mountains with private hot tub, welcoming wood burner and breathtaking views. Spend your mornings spotting local wildlife from the rotating garden pod and your evenings gazing up at the starry skies. The open plan layout provides plenty of space for friends and family to enjoy a lavish rural escape and there are a number of local activities to explore. Devil's Bridge, a popular tourist attraction and walking trail is around 5 miles from the cottage where you'll find enchanting scenery, waterfalls, a tearoom and award-winning chocolatier. Another firm favourite is Bwlch Nant yr Arian, a visitors centre with scenic walks, mountain biking trails, a children's play area and a chance to witness the daily feeding of the red kites. Aberystwyth town is around 30 minutes' drive from the cottage and is a real foodie haven.

Rooms: Ground floor: Large kitchen/diner with doors out to garden, lounge with wood burner and walk-in shower room. First Floor: King bedroom, single bedroom, twin zip&link bedroom (can be made as king on request) and bathroom with bath and shower overhead.
Kitchen and utilities: Oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, kitchen island seating 4, dining table to seat up to 6, large Chesterfield sofa and patio doors leading directly to the garden.
Entertainment: Large Smart TV in living room. Wi-Fi available.
For families: Travel cot and high chair available on request. Please bring your own cot linen.
Outside:  Hot tub with lockable rise and fall enclosure. Rotating Garden pod building with lounge, offering full panoramic views with rechargeable light. Gas BBBQ (gas provided). Casual seating area with outdoor fireplace and a 4-sided glass design that means you can enjoy the warmth of the fire wherever you are sat on those chillier evenings. Lawned playing area to the front and a splendid ‘tiddler’ stream nearby which offers children many hours of fun.
General: Central heating and electricity included. First basket load of logs for the log burner included. Bed linen, towels and 3 hairdryers provided. Welcome pack on arrival includes tea, coffee, milk, sugar and Welsh honey.
Pets: Sorry, no pets permitted at this property.
No smoking  inside the cottage.
Parking: Private off-road parking for up to 4 cars. EV charging point on site - use monitored and payable to owner on departure.
