Beautiful Apartment in Historic Center

It is a brand new apartment in a building with an elevator. It has a spacious room with a 150cm bed and a large closet. The kitchen is open to the living room and has an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, toaster, electric kettle, mixer and all the necessary utensils for cooking and eating. The living room is very spacious and bright and has a large sofa, a table with 4 chairs and a smart TV where you can follow your favorite series as if you were at home. The bathroom is very comfortable because it has a walk-in shower.

The location of the apartment is perfect. Just 5 minutes walking is the central Plaza de la Merced full of wonderful restaurants. The Cathedral and the famous Calle Larios where the best shops in Malaga are located are just a 10-minute walk away. At the same distance more or less are the best museums in the city, such as the Picasso museum or the Tyssen. Thus, thanks to this perfect location, in a few minutes you will be able to visit the city, shop in the shops and enjoy the restaurants.

CHECKING - CHECKOUT
The keys are handed over directly to the house. A person will receive you to show you the house, give you the key and give you a little interesting information about the area.
The entry time is as follows:
- From 12:00 to 20:00. Exceptions:
- Between 12:00 and 16:00 there is the possibility that the house is not ready due to the fact that guests could leave that same day. In this case, a normal check-in will be carried out: handing over the keys, leaving the luggage, even changing clothes, but then you have to leave the accommodation until it is finished, at 4:00 p.m. maximum, but as soon as it is ready we will notify you.
- From 20:00 to 00:00 a supplement of €30 must be paid in cash at the time of entry.
- From 00:00 to 1:00 a supplement of €50 must be paid in cash at the time of entry.
- We do not receive after 1:00.
- Depending on the circumstances it is possible to enter before 12 noon. Ask.
