This listing is for the main house only: The first, second and top floors of the house (The Lakehouse) are at your disposal. An extension comprising a superb double bedroom with lake view and a small office is also available to rent with the house at an additional cost for more than 12 people.
The Talloires Lakehouse Apartment on the ground floor can be rented separately.

We ask all our guests to respect the hour of silence, both inside the house and on the terrace, between 10pm and 8am.
The Talloires lake house was completely renovated in 2017 and further renovations in 2024. A modern, bright and Scandinavian atmosphere was chosen with huge picture windows overlooking the lake, white walls, oak parquet flooring upstairs and waxed concrete on the second floor.

1. The attic has been converted into a master suite, with a king-size double bedroom, en-suite bathroom, shower and toilet, plenty of storage and a roof terrace offering exceptional views of the lake and surrounding area.
2. The existing ground-floor terrace has doubled in size to run the full length of the front of the house, offering more space for dining, barbecuing and relaxing.
A large, open-plan kitchen/living/dining room runs the full length of the front of the house, offering uninterrupted views of the lake. The kitchen features brand-new high-end equipment, granite worktops and an island. Sliding doors open onto the terrace, which boasts spectacular lake views and a sunset bar. A TV room with home cinema, a second kitchen/laundry room and toilet complete this floor.
Upstairs, there are 5 bedrooms, 3 of which have spectacular lake views. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with bath overlooking the lake. 3 of the other bedrooms have showers. There is also a shared bathroom and toilet. 3 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms.
The attic has been recently renovated and includes a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a terrace, a bathroom and a small living room. The view is breathtaking!

The enclosed alpine garden with trampoline is ideal for children to run around and let off steam. Adults can relax on the terrace and enjoy the view of the lake and mountains.
