Villa Pera is a traditional 4 bedroom property located in a residential area within the small coastal village of Armacao de Pera. The villa is within a short drive of Praia Grande and Armacao de Pera beaches, both picturesque sandy bays. You'll also be within easy reach of Alcantarilha Town, as well as Guia, both great places to explore with plenty of bars and restaurants. Villa Pera has a private swimming pool, BBQ house and spacious interiors. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms in included.
Named after the small coastal village of Amacao de Pera, this villa is within walking distance to a number restaurants and cafes in the centre of the village. Alcantrilha is next door to the villa, and the 17th century town of Guia is also within a 10 minute drive. The resort of Armacao de Pera is also just 10 minutes' drive away as well as plenty of sandy beaches - what more could you want!
