Elegant and bright newly renovated apartment located on the fourth floor of a residential building with lift. The apartment is located in front of the Teatro dell'Opera, in the famous Viminale district, a few steps from metro A (Termini) and B (Cavour). The apartment is a prestigious property with classic and elegant furnishings, marble and parquet floors, original ceilings and windows. The entrance door is accessed through a condominum representative hall with security camera. The apartment consists of an entrance used as a living area with a sofa (convertible to a single bed), 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with spacious and comfortable showers, large kitchen with dining area. All rooms have Air Conditioning and Wi Fi. From the two bedrooms' windows you can admire a glimpse of Santa Maria Maggiore Cathedral.

Great location, nice place

Had a very nice stay. The location is great, centrally located for sightseeing and close to the train station. The place is large and clean. Check in was easy and communication with the host was good.There is some street noise at night, so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. It was no problem for us. Would stay here again.

Fantastic Apartment Great Location

We loved the property. Check in was simple and thorough. Beds were great and master suite was a nice touch. Location provides easy access to everything.

Great apartment, great location

Our group of two couples spent 3 nights at this apartment and it was exactly as described. Safe area, great location for restaurants and cafes, and to walk to tourist activities. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with large showers. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful apartment with amazing A/C!

This was a perfect stay. Easy check in, great location, wonderful a/c that was a lifesaver during Rome’s heatwave, and immaculately clean. Would definitely recommend!

Two days in Rome

Very nice and private apartment. We were two couples traveling together and we appreciated having two bathrooms. Nicely equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Great location. Lots of places to eat and sites within walking distance.

Pleasant stay

We had a very nice stay. The apartment was cleaned and well equipped. Very convenient location with easy and safe access to all our main destinations. Awesome Location, Awesome Space

The apartment was clean, with both bathrooms newly remodeled. The kitchen was well stocked and convenient. The bedrooms were comfortable, including the pull out bed. The building location was in perfect walking distance to most sites in Rome. The management team was responsive to questions or concerns. This was a wonderful stay and we would recommend it to families traveling.

Convenient location

Spacious rooms for 4 of us, very convenient location to go anywhere. The apartment had AC, washer, espresso machine, newly renovated bathrooms, towels, basic kitchen items.... it was perfect.

Great home base to explore the heart of Rome

The property is as advertised. It is quite spacious with very large bedrooms. The air conditioning is also very good, which was clutch on the very hot days. We loved the location within easy walking distance from Termini, the metro (Republic), and a number of key bus stops. The unit is on the 4th floor, but there is an elevator that makes loading in and out a breeze. I also highly recommend stocking up at the grocery store across the street, great prices on essentials for the fridge. If you are like us and need luggage storage on your last day, there is a very convenient option at Bar Viminale. Loved it, great room for the rate.

Lovely apartment in a great location

The Carosi apartment has a nice location with access to the metro only a few walking minutes away. It was very clean with everything one would need like a good air/heat conditioner, kitchen appliances and cleaning products. There was no toaster which we missed because breakfast was the only meal we wanted to prepare there. I would definitely recommend this apartment and want to stay there again when returning to Rome.

Excellent Location

Very close to 2 subway lines. Great neighborhood with very good restaurants nearby. Beds are a little firm, but that seems to be normal in Italy as 3 out of the other 4 places we stayed had hard beds. Good communication. Carrifour express grocery right across the street. The shared area (with the brown leather couches) is not really usable since there is no air and neighbors come and go thu there. You certainly wouldn’t want to have someone planning to sleep out there. Overall very enjoyable!

Best rental ever

This apartment is so wonderful! Close so many shops, restaurants and attractions. The apartment was quiet and well maintained. The mattress are incredibly comfortable and they had lots of extra blankets and pillows in the cabinets as well. The kitchen had everything we needed and there’s a grocery store right out the front doors of the building. The apartment manager who met us for checkin was very friendly and professional. When we had a question during our trip he got back to me within 5 minutes! Highly recommend this apartment!

Rome trip

The apartment was comfortable. The bathrooms are great and we enjoyed the warm towel heater which we also used to dry small pieces of clothing overnight. We did not use the kitchen much as we ate all our meals out, but the kitchen was well equipped. One thing I did not like was that the living area was outside the Appartmemt. I side there is only a small couch which was not enough y for four people so we ended up using the kitchen table on the couple of occasions that we were at home. Overall, the apartment was confortable and it was what we expected.

Very good with some tips

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Ruim en schoon appartement. Makkelijk te vinden. Op loopafstand van station Rome Termini. Op loopafstand van veel attracties. Vlakbij kleine supermarkt. Aandachtspunt: we vonden de vloer in de douche van de kleine badkamer erg glad, waterafvoer erg traag. Trede in de grote badkamer zou wat ons betreft beter zichtbaar moeten zijn. Louncheruimte is buiten het appartement en was zeer rokerig.

Nice Rome Apartment near Train Station

Property and location are exactly as described! All rooms are spacious and newly renovated. The apartment agent was helpful and friendly. The location is convenient for all the attractions. However, I had issues with the water heater. This apartment has an energy saving water heater. The hot water can only last for two quick showers or one and half long showers. After that, we had to wait 20 minutes for hot water. There were no laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, dish soap or kitchen towels provided. It would be more convenient if the apartment came with dish soap and kitchen towels to hand wash cups and wipe the table. Some things could have been improved, but overall we had an enjoyable stay.
