Perrywinkle Lodge is a single-storey modern eco lodge set on an exclusive private and peaceful, gated development of just six properties, in a rural location and only a short drive from Praa Sands. This charming property makes a superb location for beach holidays for both families and friends or couples looking to be based by the coast here in Cornwall.

Enter into the open-plan modern kitchen area, impressively equipped with grey gloss units and all the mod cons you need for a luxury holiday. The sitting room is furnished with a comfortable corner sofa, easy armchair and for that extra comfort underfloor heating throughout, making it a perfect hideaway for all seasons. The dining area has seating for all four guests to enjoy delicious home-cooked meals using the best of the local Cornwall produce! Slide open the feature bi-folding doors and step out onto the wraparound decked terrace where you can enjoy the birdsong and sunsets.

Across the corridor you will find two bedrooms dressed with luxury bed linens, one boasting a comfy king-size bed and an en-suite shower room, and the other with twin single beds that can conveniently be set up as a super-king size bed if required. The family bathroom can also be found across the corridor.

Wander across the well kept garden to the small nature pond, a tranquil setting to sit and enjoy the wildlife.

Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome (small additional charge).
Within the grounds of Tremorvu lodges, there is a deep pond which is not fully secure, so it is essential that children and dogs are not unattended in this area.
