Gut gelegenes Haus in der Altstadt von Lissabon, Alfama / Castelo, vor der Menino Deus Kirche. Es liegt 65 m vom Aussichtspunkt Santa Luzia und 5 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt.
Das 2016 renovierte, 50 m² große Apartment verfügt über 2 separate Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit Küche und ein Badezimmer. Schlafmöglichkeiten für bis zu 5 Personen.
In der Umgebung finden Sie Märkte, Restaurants, Fado-Häuser, Fado-Museum, Terrassen und einfachen Zugang zur Burg S. Jorge und die berühmte Straßenbahn 28. Ideal auch für Wanderungen, um den natürlichen Stadtcharme zu genießen.

Komplett renoviertes historisches Haus mit einer sorgfältig dekorierten Dekoration.
Es ist eine erste Etage mit zwei unabhängigen Schlafzimmern, 2 Balkonen, voll ausgestatteter Küche, Bad und Wohnzimmer mit TV (LED), kostenlosem WLAN-Internetzugang und Schlafsofa.
Ruhige Lage.
Die Wohnung wird sauber und einsatzbereit sein. Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Shampoo sind im Gesamtpreis enthalten.

Das Hotel befindet sich im Stadtteil Castle und Alfama, in der Nähe des Aussichtspunkts Santa Luzia, neben der Kirche des Jesuskindes und neben der Burg St. George. Eine nach Süden ausgerichtete Wohnung in einem historischen umgebauten Haus. Zwei Schlafzimmer, Küche, Wohnzimmer, Bad und zwei Balkon.

Excellent location, great little apartment.

This apartment provided everything that my mom and I needed while we toured the Lisbon area. It was an excellent location for the tram, bus, and train; and within walking distance to so much.

Very good stay all round

Cosy, nicely decorated. Well equipped (e.g. dishwasher, washing machine). Quiet location, but still very close to the sights of Alfama. Be aware of the steep stairs from street level up to apartment itself.

Very nice!

This apt is a great location for touring Lisbon. We walked everywhere, great restaurants nearby along with some Mercados. The apt has 2 bedrooms which is great for traveling with friends. It has a nice sofa, nicely furnished and clean

The apartment is perfectly situated in Alfama close to so many sites. Antonio is super sweet and gave us coveted restaurant tips that ensured we had fantastic meals every day. Highly recommend!

Super location

Right in the middle of everything you really want to see. Could be hot in the summer, there did not appear to be air conditioning. The check in was great and easy.

Enjoyed the apartment

The apartment was nice and clean. At that point of our journey, we were glad to have access to a washing machine. Just a note, it took 2 days for our clothes to dry in the apartment. We did not hang them outside. That is not a complaint, just an observation. Another observation is the stairs were difficult for us to climb. On the plus side, the apartment was in a good location for what we wanted to do. As noted before, it was nice, clean, and spacious. Overall, we were pleased with everything.

Great location!

Loved location in Lisbon. Lots of restaurants and ground transportation available. Challenges are 21 narrow steps up to apartment and very slick shower. Also bed 2 hard. This is more for education than anything. Overall really enjoyed this stay.

Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very well situated to enjoy the old city and it’s many attractions. It is located in a busy, but traffic-controlled, area which limits the street noise to pedestrian traffic. Plenty of restaurants, bakeries and food vendors close by and the apartment is well equipped for preparing light meals. The host and local contact were very punctual and helpful in providing information getting us settled. We would gladly stay here again.

Excellent quiet, convenient location

Access via very steep stairs which were not well lit. Space was fine for two people but would be cramped for four. Certainly seating for four would not be comfortable. Good supply of hot water for showers.

First time in Lisbon

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The apartment had the two bedrooms promised, although the second one was stuffy with no outside light and no ventilation except leaving the door open. We didn't really understand about recycling as the bins at the bottom of the street seemed to mix everything together and it wasn't clear where to put organic materials. It would have helped to have a container for organic materials. We didn't do any cooking but appreciated having some coffee already there. A suggestion: tell guests that they can take the 12 or 28 tram from the Martin Moniz metro station instead of walking uphill.

Lovely little place!

Great location! Super cute. We were greeted right when we got out of the bolt and was able to check in 2 hours early. Provided a through orientation to apartment,restaurant, and city. Our only suggestion is it was hot and so a fan for each room would be wonderful! Definately stay here!

Authentic Lisbon

My friend and I loved this little place. Tucked behind the road, we escaped the street noise, but it was still bright. It's on the second floor, up some antique stairs. We were fine, but not for everyone. The bedrooms were spacious enough, and although not huge, the living space was certainly all we needed. Great value for the price. A well equipped kitchen, linens, closet space etc... The overall location was fabulous. We could walk a few feet and be at half a dozen restaurants. The old town is the place to be.

The apartment met our expectations and was right in the heart of Alfama. However, we found the area itself difficult to navigate even using Google Maps. Be sure to plan your days in advance with lots of time to make it to your planned destinations! Isobel, acting for the owners, made a point of meeting us to let us in earlier than the dsignated check in which was wondeful. She was very responsive to any questions we had. Thank you!

Right in the middle of things

Great location in the old part of the city. Easy walk to many sites such as Rossio Square train station, hop on hop off bus, tons of restaurants. Quiet at night for sleeping except for garbage pickup in the middle of the night every night that we were there. Beds were comfortable. They provided a nice binder with much info about the city and the apartment which was helpful. Waited 45 minutes to check in because Carlotta had three checkins at the same time - not her fault. The building is very very old and unit very very small. Stairs up are very steep and narrow - we are in our seventies and managed by exercising a lot of caution. Half-sized fridge, tiny bathroom with rusty shelves, shower floor is slippery so should have a rubber mat on the floor, kitchen small but everything functional for breakfast only, otherwise we ate out. Carlotta was extremely prompt and helpful when we had questions.

Beautiful stay in Lisboa

We spend a beautiful extended weekend in this flat. We were 3 adultes and one child. The location is very good, Alfama is not only a tourist place but a lively area. The atmosphere at night is charming. The flat is nicely furbished, there are all needed cookware. The flat is quiet during nights. Photos of the flat match what you will have when you will rent the place. Antonio and Fabiola are very helpfull and kind. They offered to pick up us for à good price, at the airport even if we had a late Arrival. They took the time to explain everything, gave us some recommandations and were very attentive to our questions. They have been very kind with our son too. Obrigado Fabiola and Antonio.

Verbesserungswürdig: Ausstattung, Zustand der Unterkunft und Kommunikation

There was a lot that was disappointing about this apartment. You are provided the bare minimum, not even a whole paper towel roll and three tiny toilet paper rolls (for the whole week) in which when we asked for a refill we were told to buy it ourselves. The oven didn't work, which was the biggest disappointment as we got the place based on the kitchen and size which I'm skeptical it is 650 sq feet as it was very cramped. It smelt like sewage in the apartment and cigarettes. We were asked to take out the trash but not provided trash bags and although I left the apartment spotless I found it insulting to be asked to clean when we are paying a cleaning fee. I think the apartment is overpriced. We didn't have the support we needed and communication was lacking. The walls are also very thin; you can hear the surrounding apartments very clearly. The best part about this place is the location. Overall, I cannot recommend this place nor would I stay here again.
