Set in the heart of Mayfair, the location of this lovely 2 bedroom flat couldn't be better!

Oxford Street and Hyde park are both a matter of minutes away, and for luxury shoppers, Selfridges is moments from your door. Bond Street station is 5 also minutes from the property.

The flat has been recently refitted with sleek and stylish decor throughout. Your own central London haven, enjoy a bright and airy reception room with full length windows and access to a small private terrace

It also boasts a master bedroom with ensuite, second generous bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and a lovely bathroom.

Please note that this apartment is on the 5th floor and therefore unsuitable for those with mobility issues. If you're comfortable with stairs, it's well worth it for the fantastic location.

The Neighborhood:
Mayfair is an exclusive area in the West End of London, running alongside the easter edge of Hyde Park. One of London (and the world!)'s most expensive areas, Mayfair is the home of luxury shopping, iconic London architecture, amazing drinking and dining, plus some of the capitals most beautiful parks and outdoor spaces. Notable places of interest include Oxford Street and Hyde Park, and you'll find some of London's best galleries, restaurants and cultural spots within walking distance.

Getting Around:
London underground is a great way to travel around London and your nearest tube station is Bond Street, serving the Jubilee line (grey) and Central line (red). Green Park station is less than a 15 minute walk away, serving the Jubilee line (grey), Victoria line (light blue) and Piccadilly line (dark blue). You can pick up a tube map from any tube station. You can use your contactless bank card as well as an Oyster card to pay for journeys on buses, tubes, trams, the DLR, London Overground and most National Rail services in London. If you would like to purchase an Oyster card, simply visit your nearest tube station or local newsagents.

Lovely space. Just a long climb up five narrow flights of stairs. Perfectly located to all attractions. Recommend tube travel mostly. Great trip. Highly recommend.

Excellent location

We had a great stay in this apartment. The location is excellent, and yet, even if you're literally meters away from Selfridges, the apartment is very quiet and peaceful even during the most crowded hours of the day. The beds were comfortable. Sure, it could be improved: it's not supposed to be a 5 stars hotel and it has imperfections here and there, but we were pleased with our stay and it's definitely an apartment I would consider again for a future stay in London.

Enjoyed staying here- wifi was a bit spotty at times and I do not believe the listing mentioned that it is a 5 story walk up. But lots of light and good space for 4 adults to stay in London

Fabulous Visit

Only stayed 3 nights but everything went so smoothly. Fantastic location, we walked almost everywhere and were able to hit all the main attractions. When we did use taxi/Bolt it was super easy and inexpensive. Hosts were amazing and helpful. Apartment was clean, had everything we needed. No elevator, 5 flights of stairs up. Had no problems with that!!! Would definitely stay again and no problem recommending it!!!

Excellent Mayfair location!

Mayfair is one of the trendiest neighborhoods, and the price is reasonable for this location. The flat is sunny and airy, and the living room and kitchen have comfortable seating. The property manager was very responsive, reliable, polite and helpful at all times before and during our stay, which was much appreciated, as we came from outside of the UK. Our family of grown-ups could navigate the 5 flights of stairs, but be mindful that the stairs are steep, narrow and windy.

Great Location, Price, & Workout

Unbeatable location...we walked everywhere. Also very convenient to bus, underground, etc. Easy walking on Oxford street to high end shops and other attractions. Very close to Hyde Park. Price is fantastic for the area it's in. As many other people note, there is no lift and the apartment is on the 5th floor (that's the 6th floor for those of you from the USA--so that's 6.5 flights of older, sometimes not perfectly even European stairs). With that warning in mind, we loved the apartment and had no problem with the stairs (including the 2x age 65+ we had with us). It's a great workout to end your day!

A very conveniently located flat

The flat is extremely well located in central London, and very convenient. The instructions to access it were clear and precise. The flat was clean and, being on the top floor, is bright. There is no elevator so be aware in case you have a heavy luggage. A micro-wave and a coffee machine would be nice-to-have in the kitchen. Overall it was for us a nice stay in this flat for a few days of holidays in London.

Location almost covers everything

Position of the property in Mayfair is fabulous just 100 metres from Oxford street yet very private and safe. Layout of Victorian property is quirky and has character and loads of light and fresh air. The condition of the interior fixtures and fittings is disappointing and detracts from the experience. View from level 5 balcony is great but no lift so hauling baggage after a long journey is less than ideal.

Pros: *Quick & easy access to Bond Station & Elizabeth Line to Heathrow *Lots of natural light in every room*spacious unit for 4 adults*good bedrooms w/closet space *good kitchen with full appliances & washer/dryer (bonus) unit *nice /safe/quiet neighborhood *M&S is around the corner for great selection of food /vino/shopping *lots of good places to eat. Cons: *No lift *no microwave *cloth furniture stained/dirty & seating sags (needs cleaning) *tiny TV *mold in master shower *vents don't work in bathrooms *floors /carpet need a good scrub (socks got dirty walking on floor) *black shag carpet taped to stairs leading to kitchen is a wicked tripping hazard. Pros out weigh the cons for me. 🙃

Great Stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

And a great workout. The location is excellent, the apartment is well cared for and nicely appointed. Great for a small family or two couples traveling together. Easy to find, the check in process was exactly as explained and easy. First caution, this flat is on the 5th floor and there is no lift. If you are not fit enough, choose another rental. My family and I were fine (all adults, young, and reasonably fit) but going up two or more times a day will be difficult for many (children and older adults specifically). And carrying a tired child up 5 flights of stairs is a really bad idea. The rooms are well appointed, the furniture is in good repair, and the space is bright and feels spacious. The living room is comfortable with enough seating for everyone. Power outlets are plentiful and all worked. There are portable heaters and fans to help keep the space at a good temperature. We were fortunate to be there with mild temps so the central heat had no issue keeping up with the heating need and we didn’t need fans. Opened the windows a couple of times and it was fine. Second caution, if you want to cook, even a simple breakfast, this will be a challenge. While the kitchen was fine, there wasn’t really a lot to work with. And no microwave for convenience foods. I think the place is great and as someone who frequently does vacation rentals, the hosts were great; perfectly attentive, and responsive when needed. Check out was easy and flexible. Would definitely return.

Sorely disappointed

When I booked, I did not realize this unit was 5 floors (60 curved, narrow stairs) up. It was difficult lifting luggage and indeed just coming and going after long days sightseeing. The unit was very shabby and simply dirty. There were small flies in the shower stall and bathroom and the control of one shower fixture fell off at first touch, leaving me unable to adjust the water temperature. The shower stall had a lot of mildew. There were drip stains on the wall of my bedroom and the cloth headboard was stained. There were no waste paper bins in either bath and only one kitchen towel. We were asked to remove our trash upon departure. The locks on the front door were difficult to work and there were no instructions for operating some of the units appliances or the lights. Just profoundly uncomfortable and disappointing.

Exzellente Lage in einer Stilvollen Liegenschaft

Wohnen in London an bester Adresse. Super coole Wohnung und bestens für 4 Personen geeignet. Kommunikation, Abwicklung mit dem Schlüssel ist vorbildlich. Wir konnten die Wohnung auch früher beziehen. Was wir uns für den nächsten Besuch wünschen: - etwas mehr Besteck und Geschirr, 3 Messer für 4 Personen sind etwas zu knapp. - Wenn es dann noch eine NESPRESSO Kappselmaschine hat, dann ist alles perfekt. Geren wieder :-)

Fantastic location!

What a fantastic apartment in such a central location. I’m so glad we choose to stay at this apartment as it sits in one of the best locations in Mayfair and has everything on your doorstep. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment was fresh modern and clean. It was well equipped with fresh towels, bed linen and toiletries. The management company were great at communicating and responding quickly to any query I had. Although there is stairs to the property which would’ve be useful to some people, I personally wouldn’t hesitate to book this apartment again.
