Constancia - Holiday home with pool in Malaga by Solaga

This modern 2-bed, 2 bath is located in a brand new building development with a communal area on the rooftop and a chill-out zone with fitted pergolas.

The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with two single beds. For the privacy of our guests, there are two bathrooms, one with shower and the other one with shower on tub.

The open-plan living room, dining room and American-style kitchen open onto an outdoors patio terrace where you can enjoy a quiet breakfast or al-fresco dinner. The place was designed with open spaces to take advantage of Malaga's natural light to the maximum.

The apartment has been furnished with top quality furniture using bright mediterranean tones, high-end appliances in the kitchen and bathroom areas to offer you the best materials in your holiday home.

The property is located in close proximity to the most important commercial areas of the city, right next to the train and bus stations, giving access to the underground transportation system and easy access to the airport and surrounding cities. The local train can literally take you from the airport arrival lounge to the your holiday home.

We decided to spend 10 full days in Malaga and it was a lovely holiday. Loads to do, excellent restaurants and a fun and a friendly and safe city. Location of the apartment was excellent 15 mins walk to the harbour. Will go again!

The apartment is great with all you need for a week's vacation. Spotless clean! Close by Malaga city center and 20 min walking to the beach. Restaurants, and supermarkets in the surroundings. We really enjoyed our stay, Gracias!

From check-in to leaving, the support & communication was first class. The apartment is clean, modern & has everything you would need. Great location & very spacious. The Solaga team also allowed us to stay until 6pm on departure day - which was much appreciated as our flight was an evening one. Great service. Highly recommended & will definitely use this Company again. Thank you for a great experience. Nothing to add!

Perfect for our family

This apartment was perfect for our family city break in Malaga. Just a short 10 minute walk and you’re in the heart of the city. It had all the amenities we needed, was cosy and clean. Any little issuesquestions were answered straight away. The kids were a little disappointed they couldn’t use the pool (out of season) but we enjoyed the top deck and sat out in the sun. Would recommend this property for a great getaway. Thank you.

Marvellous City break

Beautiful apartment just as in the photographs, spotless as was the whole building & pool area. Beds very comfortable, bed linen & towels good quality. Met on arrival by Carlos who waited patiently as our train from the airport was delayed &Information provided by him was most helpful in finding our way around the city. The apartment was very central & within walking distance of everything, we all enjoyed our 4 days in Malaga and will book again, Thank you Solaga

Very effective air conditioning. Very well equipped apartment. Great outdoor spaces. Safe and secure. Close to town. Drainage in en suite shower would over flow on to floor after running for a few minutes. If staying for a week an extra bath towel would have been good.

It was a great bright apartment with a pool. The apartment was clean and modern and I loved the balcony. The internet connection is not good enough if you want to work from home. It kept dropping in and out. It failed properly work even when using the tv and its internet services like NETFLIX

can only recommend!!

Excellent location, everything you need is around the corner, 20 min walk and you ar at the MercadoCatedralMuelle 1 and most important is the central station is 10 min ealk from the apt so u take the train C1 from the aeroport and in less then 15 min you have arrive at the building. Very comfortable and clean , check in was simple and you will great by one of the employees who explain everything , very friendly and communication was great 👍🏼 overall happy amd can only recommend!!
