On the middle level, there is a 4th en-suite bedroom along with the living area and TV room. There is access to a balcony with beautiful ocean views.

Stairs lead down from the balcony to the private pool where there is a deck and outside dining area. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is also on the middle level where the dining table is situated alongside a floor to ceiling window, with incredible ocean views.

LOAD SHEDDING BACK UP
What is Powered: All lights and all plugs, Wifi, TV and decoder entertainment. Alarm and automatic gates have their own back-up batteries.
What Isn’t Powered: The oven, washing machine, geysers and aircons are not on the back-up grid.
What Doesn’t Require: There’s a gas hob so cooking is still possible, although the rings need to be lit with a lighter or match, as the electric ignition system doesn’t work without Eskom power.

This home has housekeeping Monday - Saturday excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request.

Guest Access:
Access is up a private, steep driveway. There are stairs from the garage to the entrance door.
