There is also a kitchen and a living with woodburning stove and a dining room in the converted annexe. To the outside is an enclosed lawn and terrace with furniture and barbecue, plus off-road parking for two cars. Pencoys is a fabulous base for a family retreat to Cornwall.
Note: Access to the property is along a rural unadopted road - the speed limit is 5 mph and care should be taken as the road surface is uneven in places.
