Wir sind auch in der Nähe des Botanischen Gartens, unseres erstaunlichen Zoos (der KOSTENLOS ist !!)., Das Busch-Stadion, das historische Soulard-Viertel und viele neue Mikrobrauereien. Wir befinden uns in "The Hill", dem historischen italienischen Viertel unserer Stadt, in dem Sie zu Fuß zu hervorragenden Restaurants und Kneipen gehen oder in der voll ausgestatteten Küche mit Edelstahlgeräten Ihre eigenen fantastischen Rezepte zubereiten können.

Dies ist eine schöne Wohnung mit einem privaten Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett und einem bequemen Queensize-Futon im Wohnzimmer! Eine wunderschön geflieste Dusche und ein Doppelwaschbecken im Badezimmer. Es gibt eine große Veranda zum Entspannen und einen Gemeinschaftsbereich auf der Rückseite. Unser Fernseher verfügt über lokale Kanäle und einen Chromecast für Ihre Netflix- oder andere Streaming-Konten. Es gibt WiFi und einfachen Zugang zu Ihrer Wohnung. Wir befinden uns auch neben einem Park mit Tennisplätzen, Spielplatz, Fußball- und Softballfeldern.

Wonderful stay - great location

This was our 4th stay in the apartment. It is perfect for my husband and I. Everything we need is in the apartment, the bed is comfortable, the place is clean and theres a private outdoor space. All that and its located in a friendly neighborhood close to many St. Louis attractions. We booked our next stay on our way home today.

Another great stay at this wonderful rental

This was our 3rd stay here. The apartment is clean and has everything we need/want including a private outdoor space. The neighborhood is quiet, walkable and friendly - very close to many St. Louis attractions.

Power outage

We were super excited to stay in the Hill area and explore. Went down to the arch, botanical gardens and Union station area. So fun! Neighborhood, place was great. Street parking was close and felt safe. We experienced a power outage for half of our stay due to a storm. They provided one small flashlight and didn’t really check in with us. While we understand this was not the owners fault, we asked for a discount as our stay was disrupted not being able to make dinner or use the fridge for milk for our infant daughter. We received no response from the owner.

Great place in awesome neighborhood!

I really enjoyed my stay in this absolutely charming condo/apartment. It was so sweetly decorated, in a great neighborhood with all the amenities you'd need for a night or a longer term stay. Terry and Steve were wonderful hosts and clearly take great pride in caring for this rental.

Comfortable apartment with character in a great neighborhood

On The Hill near Sublette Park, fantastic location. Exposed brick walls give the apartment plenty of character. It's well-equipped with a small but complete kitchen. The owners have taken great pains to document everything you need to know about the place, and response to messages was quick and thorough. This is everything I want in a travel rental, and I recommend it highly!

Zu Gast bei Steve & Terry Cacciatore

Steve and I grew up in St Louis and love our city. We are now retired, but had a carpentry business and have gutted and rehabbed this apartment. The apartment is attached to our home a home we converted from a duplex to a single family. My husband Steve grew up on 'The HIll' our cities historic Italian neighborhood and attended St Louis U Highschool and SIUE where he went to college and played soccer. I have a yoga teaching certification and help with carpentry as our property is still in transition, as well as run the vacation rentals. We have grown children between us and grandchildren. We love to spend our Friday nights cooking and sharing wine with friends and family. My husband is an amazing cook and an avid fisherman. We love to play Pickle ball, ride our bikes around the city, and play in a bocce league 8 months of the year, at our favorite neighborhood pub. We also own an Airstream and get out in it as often as we can.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

Our carpentry company bought this property in 2008 to tear down and build new town homes overlooking Sublette park, but the economy had other ideas. In 2010 we adjusted our vision and began a long, still in progress rehabilitation of the buildings, which at the time were 2 sets of attached duplexes. We gutted both buildings and spent weekends rebuilding the interiors, converting the large units into our single family home. Buy 2012 we were moved in and then started the same process on the 2 smaller apartment units. The transformation has been an amazing process and we wouldn't live anywhere else!

St Louis was settled by the French, and Missouri had an amazingly prolific clay mines. As a result the city is littered with gorgeous, rich red/brown brick architecture. I loved that our buildings had the original city style architecture with flat roofs and tall ceilings with pocketed door parlors, large porches and fireplaces in every room. This house had many of those features so I feel very fortunate to have one of these buildings that just fits our city.
