St Julians has been abandonly filled with shops, shopping centres, restaurants and bars. This location offers a bit of everything, and is ideal for anyone who wishes to be at the centre of all activity, while also being a stone’s throw away from other attractions.
This one of a kind accommodation is located just a corner from the picturesque Spinola Bay, on the top floor of a 6 storey building. The property is served with lift. Please do not that to access the lift there is a flight of steps at the main entrance and there is also a flight of steps from the 4th floor were the lift stops to the 5th floor where the entrance of the penthouse is located. The accommodation is set on around 150m², very bright, airy and spacious. The apartment is located on Spinola road which is just on the water’s edge from the iconic Spinola Bay, which is St Julians seafront.
Upon entering, one can find the open-plan kitchen/living/dining area. The décor is minimalistic and modern, giving the whole area a fresh and upscale feel. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooking, and comes decked with cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, dishwasher and utensils. The living and dining area are homogenous, and flooded with natural light.
The roof top consists of 2 over sized double bedrooms and one twin room, all of which are decorated in a contemporary style, complimenting the rest of the apartment. There is one double bedroom located at the back, providing a private enclave for anyone who would like to be set apart from the rest which overlooks Portomaso Lane. The other bedrooms are located at the front. There are one double and one twin. All bedrooms can be set up either as single beds or as double beds if needs be. The apartment comes endowed with 2 full family bathrooms, one with shower cubicle and one with bath tub. There is also a washing machine available for use in the bathroom. The apartment comes fully equipped with wall hung a/cs in all bedrooms . Wifi and Tv service are offered for free at the apartment.
The iconic part of this property is the stunning terrace that comes fully decked with table and chairs, sunbeds and a jacuzzi. It is ideal for fresco night dinners with the gas bbq complementing the stay or for sunbathing in on the sundrenched terrace. The terrace can be excessed from the double bedroom at the front. One can also catch a glimpse of the bright blue Mediterranean sea of Spinola Bay. The accommodation is a perfect fit for all those that want to reside in the heart of St Julians yet away from the nightlife crowd.
Due to cleaning necessities the check-in time for the apartments is generally 2.00pm and the check-out is at 10.00am however if there are no arrivals on the same day the apartment can be kept for longer.
Also please note that the price being paid for the property includes basic utilities
- 200KWh- for 4 bedroom
free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient for a weekly stay. However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceed, an extra charged will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges.
Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one's discrepancy to wash them as much as desired.
Long lets also available rates upon request from owner.
Apartment also available for long term booking of 6 months period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be included in the rate. Please do ask for quote should you be interested.
Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. This applies for 18-year-old and older.
