Family friendly and close to everything

A perfect first getaway for our family. Decorated beautifully with great backdrop of the treeline. Pool was perfect for non beach days. Plenty of bedding and towels. Washer and dryer came in handy with children. Upstairs neighbor has heavy feet but only noticed it a couple of times. It was a great stay and we will be back soon.

Home Away From Home

We had a great stay at Roni’s! She was so easy to contact prior to our arrival as well as once we got settled. The condo had everything we needed for meals, linens, beach towels, etc.. Our kids loved the on-site pool. The location to all of New Buffalo’s attractions was perfect. We can’t wait to return!

Great condo!

We had an amazing stay in New Buffalo at this beautiful property! Extremely clean and cozy! The location was great, and a quick walk to downtown! The property manager was very accommodating and responded extremely quickly with any questions. I would 100% recommend this property to friends and family ! Cant wait to plan my next trip to New Buffalo!

Nice place close to everything

The condo was a great fit for our family of 4. Plenty of linens and kitchen items for cooking and it was just as the listing had presented. I would have rated it 5 stars but upon checking in the unit had not been cleaned so we had to find a place to hang out for 3 hours. Luckily we have family in town because going to a public place during a pandemic was not something we wanted to do. Roni was easy to get ahold of and quick to respond to the issue so that was good. All in all, I’d stay again!

A Great Spot to Spend the Weekend

My girlfriends and I rented this property for a girl's weekend. The home was great. Nicely decorated, well maintained, and very comfortable. The kitchen had the majority of the items needed to cook full meals, and there were even some food supplies in the cupboards: Coffee, creamer, spices, cooking spray, etc. The property owner was also very responsive and easy to communicate with. A huge plus! The condo is kiddie corner from a building that houses the New Buffalo Farmers Market, I CAN Cafe, and Promeny Olive & Wine which offers oil and wine tastings. This was a nice little place to walk to first thing in the morning for coffee, and we visited it again in the evening to do wine tasting. The condo is about a 15 minute walk from downtown, so definitely doable if you'd like to leave the car behind when exploring the city. My friends and I really enjoyed our time here, and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the New Buffalo area.

Great spot for the price

This is a great condo for the price. It had a lot of space, very comfortable beds, and fast internet. We enjoyed staying at this spot and would return. The only down side is the distance from the beach, however, a very short drive and you are right there. I recommend this place.

Just Perfect

From the initial contact with Roni, all the way to still sending messages a week after check out, Roni handled the entire process with intention and quickness. Taking the time to give us a list of favorites weeks before check in made the planner in me so comfortable. The condo is spacious enough for my girlfriends and I to have plenty of room for coffee around the table; a lazy pizza delivery/movie night in; and elbow room for getting pretty for our evening adventures out. We felt instantly at home as soon as we walked through the door. The location is great; a nice 10 minute leisurely walk to downtown with many food options and cute shopping. The pool was perfect for an afternoon of relaxing and conversation. The patio lent itself for cool mornings and relaxing evenings. The wooded backdrop is peaceful and private. Our only suggestion is to bring mosquito spray! Will definitely be contacting Roni again for future stays!

New Buffalo Getaway

New buffalo condo

Property was exactly as advertised and roni was very quick to respond through the experience. Location is a close drive to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The pool was great for the kids since the lake was a little cold to swim in. We’d stay again if we come back to new buffalo

A great crash pad!
