Summary:
A Modern and spacious 3 bedroom house located within minutes of the city centre. This beautiful home is perfect for couples, families and business travellers and is fully equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable self-catered stay, with linen and towels provided, free parking, a large garden and free wifi throughout. Ideally located in close proximity to central Derby you are within walking distance of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars and only a short 5 minute walk from the nearest train station.
The Space:
This brand new modern house is the perfect place to hang out and relax and feels like a home away from home. Elegantly decorated with contemporary furniture, the property consists of 3 bedrooms, a large family bathroom, seperate additional toilet, plus an open plan kitchen living space with french doors opening out on to the garden.
The bedrooms house comfortable double size beds, with plenty of space to hang your clothes in the wardrobe.
One of the two bathrooms also has both a bath and shower.
The living room is also great for unwinding and putting your feet up. There's a comfortable sofa with plenty of space for a family, travel buddies or work colleagues. There's also a flatscreen TV with all the basic and freeview channels.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials including a fridge/freezer, oven, cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. There are cooking utensils and crockery, great for self-caterers.
The house has 1 outside parking bay.

The Neighborhood:
Derby is the major regional centre of the Derbyshire Dales. With its winding river, market square, historic buildings and grand Cathedral, Derby is a great place to visit! The area offers the best of both worlds, with the house being set on a quiet residential street, but still being in the heart of the city, just 5 minutes walk to shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. A number of attractions are within easy walking distance, including the Derby Museum and Art Gallery, Derby Cathedral and the Derbion Shopping Centre.
Getting Around:
Being so centrally located, the city is entirely accessible on foot. Should you wish to rest your legs there are bus routes that service the nearby main road, and local taxi services. The main Derby Midland Train Station, with links to other UK cities, is just a 10 minute walk away, or a short taxi ride.
Other Things to Note:
Please note you must confirm your check in time at least 24 hours in advance in order to give us enough time to arrange and confirm your check in.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
Late check-in fees:
For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 charge.
For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 charge.

We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
