Black Pearl Villa is one of the two Elounda Pearls Villas located in the picturesque village of Elounda in Crete, each one designed in order to provide 100% privacy. The Villa covers 220 m2 and its architectural style smoothly blends the traditional with the urban-tech way of living and boasts 3 bedrooms which can accommodate 6 guests. The villa offers comfortable living in a sophisticated minimalist style, as well as excellent construction in a high-energy spot with breathtaking views, unique and luxurious furnishings and appliances, combining traditional and modern materials. Ground Floor

Black Pearl Villa offers a generously sized open plan area, consisted of the living room and kitchen. The living area is spacious and airy and it offers comfortable sofas and a fireplace, a HDTV, while the kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast counter, as well as an indoor dining table for all guests. The living room and dining area also offer direct access to the pool area, through large glass doors.
Additionally, on this floor, there are two bedrooms featuring King-size beds, one of which includes an ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms provide access to the outdoor area. Each bedroom is equipped with full air-conditioning and furnished with orthopedic mattresses for ultimate comfort. Completing this floor is a family bathroom featuring double sinks, a shower cabin, and a luxurious hydromassage feature.
Lower Floor

On the lower floor an additional sitting area with a home cinema, satellite HDTV, free WI-FI connection, CD and DVD players, guarantee to keep you entertained during your holidays. Furthermore, a gym, equipped with a treadmill, weights and a multi-gym machine is also at your disposal. Finally, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer are also available.
First Floor
The first floor is complemented by an amazing master bedroom with a king sized double bed, offering stunning sea views, as well as an an en-suite bathroom with a round hydromassage bathtub, double open showers, as well as a toilet room. The bedroom also provides access to a veranda with beautiful sea views.
Outdoor Layout
The outdoor area of Black Pearl Villa is beautifully landscaped, perfectly suited for experiencing great sunset moments, as it enjoys panoramic views of Elounda bay and Spinaloga peninsula. More specifically, the outdoor area features a variety of amenities which include:
- a 40 m2 private, infinity swimming pool. The pool can be heated with an additional charge per week (Please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice.)
- Decked area around the pool, equipped with comfortable sun beds, umbrellas and an outdoor shower
- Outdoor furnished spots for relaxation (siting area and dining areas)
-Free, parking space for up to 4 cars
- Portable Gas BBQ facilities
- The whole outdoor area offers 100% privacy to our guests.


Regarding the location, I would like to let you know that the Villa is located in a peaceful settlement called "Pigadakia", Schisma Eloundas. Elounda (5 km) and Agios Nikolaos (8 km) are the closest major towns, definitely worth-visiting, as they are known around the world for their beauty and where guests can find all kinds of daily amenities, restaurants and cafes. Elounda is famous for its luxurious accommodation options that host celebrities from all over the world, but apart from its glamorous character, Elounda has to offer visitors some of the most beautiful landscapes in Crete.
