Annex of a villa with shared garden, outdoor jacuzzi and swimming pool, a few kms from Ortigia.

This annex comes with wonderful outdoor spaces shared with the owners of the villa: a wide garden, a round outdoor jacuzzi and a swimming pool, in addition to several solarium areas with deckchairs, cushions and gazebo.
The indoors are limited but well-organised: the living area comes with a double sofa bed and TV, a dining table with chairs and a queen size futon on the mezzanine. The kitchen is equipped with everything that may be needed to prepare delicious meals. A bathroom with shower completes the accommodation.
Before the entrance to the annex there is a patio with a large dining table, perfect for enjoying meals in the open air with view over the garden and the pool, with the possibility to make use of the outdoor kitchen and barbecue.
An outdoor bathroom and shower, both with cold water only, complete the outdoors.

*In the villa there is a cat and a dog that will be kept in a fence during the guests’ stay.
*The swimming pool is open from the 15th of April until the 17th of October.
*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.

For relax and sea lovers, Eastern Sicily and the surroundings of Siracusa are the perfect choice. Leaving the ancient Greek city and going toward the south, the best equipped beaches worth a visit are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella and Fontane Bianche, whose name is due to the natural sweet spring water and to the unique white sand. Then, on the island of Ortigia there are some equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno), as well as the free beach of Cala Rossa. Going further south, about 30 km away from Siracusa, there are amazing and wild beaches: Calamosche, Vendicari with its Wildlife Park and the precious San Lorenzo. For those looking for cultural and historical sites, it is recommended to visit Teatro Greco and its archeological site with the famous Orecchio di Dionisio (a limestone cave shaped as a human ear), the Museum Paolo Orsi, then the Latomie dei Cappuccini, and finally the island of Ortigia with its natural and historic eye-catching landscapes. Finally, our guests should visit the town of Noto, the seafront of Tonnara di Avola and the fisherman village of Marzamemi. Sicily is beautiful, a wild land with a millennial history impossible to forget at first glance, that will take a special space in your heart.

The villa is located in the new area of the city, in the neighborhood of Pizzuta, close to the Northern exit of the highway to Catania, in a residential area only with villas. The airport of Catania Fontanarossa is 58 km away, while Comiso "Pio La Torre” airport is 108 kms away.
