Disclosure: we know Rome, we know this neighborhood, and we speak Italian. The apartment is exactly as described, and would be ideal for a shorter stay (we stayed for 30 days). The kitchen is very well equipped.
Our problem was with the TV: you can only watch it if you sit in front of it and don't do anything else. Our routine is to watch TV during breakfast (news, weather...) and during cooking, and that did not work. The bedroom is wired for a TV, but no TV. WiFi was very reliable.
Sabrina was incredibly responsive, all it took to get something done was a simple SMS. And, the advertised 3pm check-in notwithstanding, she was there to let us in at 10 in the morning.
We have spent a month in Rome every year for the last 10-15 years, till Covid put an end to that. Until now, we never encountered prices like this. For a basic apartment like this we paid 40% more than we did for a luxury apartment in 2020. At this rate we will not be able to afford a return!
