After completing it, using the same link, you will have access to your Guest Area, where you’ll find all the relevant information regarding your stay and the apartment. Getting Around:

The apartment is 8 - 10 mins drive from main train / bus station Luxembourg, Gare Centrale.

The apartment can be reached via local cab from Luxembourg Airport in approx 12- 15 min.

Notice that due to state regulation public cars are not allowed to pass as it’s a historic area district

We’re excited to have you staying with us and want to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Our apartment is thoughtfully equipped for your stay—Smart TV, bed linens, and bath towels are all provided at no extra cost. We also welcome long-term stays, making it an ideal home base for remote workers and business travelers. To help maintain a safe, respectful, and pleasant environment for all guests and neighbors, please take a moment to review and follow the house guidelines below:



1. ID Requirement: Please provide a government-issued ID for all guests above 18 during the online check-in process.



2. Check-In/Check-Out: Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. To ensure a smooth experience, check-in is from 3 PM onward, and check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are not available.



3. Guest Limit: Only those listed in your reservation are permitted on the premises of the property. No visitors or unregistered individuals should have access to the property.



4. Residential Use Only: The property is intended for private residential use by registered guests only. If your stay involves additional guests beyond your reservation, we cannot be responsible for privacy concerns.



5. Respect the Neighbours: Please be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM). Parties, events, illegal activities, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Loud music after 10 PM is not allowed.



6. No Smoking: Please use designated smoking areas. Smoking tobacco or any recreational drugs inside the building is strictly forbidden. A €500 penalty will apply for non-compliance.



7. Furniture and Structures: Refrain from moving furniture or setting up tents or other structures. A €300 cleaning fee will apply for any stains or any items that are taken or damaged.



8. Departure: When leaving, please turn off all lights and heating, place your key badge in the designated lockbox, clean the kitchen, and dispose of any leftover items to avoid a €200 cleaning fee.



9. Liability: Please note that we are not liable for issues managed by third-party entities.



10. Damages and Cleaning: Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning incurred during their stay.



11. Support Liability: As a self-check-in property without a reception, we will not assume liability for check-in problems if guests are uncooperative with troubleshooting. In-person assistance is unavailable from 5 PM to 9 AM, including weekends and holidays.



12. On-Site Visits: We offer 24/7 remote support for any issues that may arise. On-site visits are subject to availability during weekday hours (9 AM to 5 PM) after internal decision. If a guest requests an on-site visit after remote troubleshooting and no issue is found, the guest will be liable for all associated costs.



13. Compliance: It’s essential to comply with all house guidelines. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your stay without a refund.

Interaction with Guests:

The location was great! It was very clean and quiet and walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The bed was pretty small and up against the wall, so that was the only challenge for us. The host was great and the apartment really was great for two people.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay although there were a few problems: key box not clearly marked; fire alarm battery expired so frequent high pitched beep; TV not connected to channels, particularly frustrating as we hoped to catch World Cup games.

Fantastic apartment in wonderful area

Our apartment was perfect for our stay. Close walking distance to bars and restaurants, lovely building, very modern finishes. Very quiet also! Having all of the apartment info online made it so convenient to get info on trash, appliances, Wi-Fi, etc. We would absolutely stay here on our next trip to Luxembourg. Our only complaint was the AC wasn’t cold and we only had enough coffee for one day. We stayed for 3. If you are looking for comfort and proximity, this is it!

Charming surprise

A bit tricky getting in as some misunderstanding, but worked out fine in the end. Luxembourg was lovely, a few more tips about getting to the upper city would be helpful. The site is really lovely and quiet, and nicely appointed. I think more pillows of better quality would be nice for the bed. Otherwise very much enjoyed, and the area restaurants, wine bar and patsserie were great

Excellent apartment in a premier old city neighborhood, beautiful view from a beautiful apartment.Our only complaint is the noise factor: a bus route six feet from the front door, church bells, noisy bars and airplanes. Not so good for late sleepers! All in all, a very positive experience.

Lacking basics

This apartment was very disappointing. It started with checking in. The code to the key box wasn't indicated online as promised, and I had to call the agency. Instead of giving me the code right away, the agent started telling me to refresh my internet page. Seriously? Street parking was not available as promised because we arrived on Sunday, and every spot was taken. Besides, you can not leave the car for longer than 3 or 5 hours in the same spot during the day. We had to find an underground parking garage. The apartment itself lacks such essentials as soap in the bathroom, a single hook in the bathroom for a bath towel to dry on, and even salt in the kitchen. We were given one handtowel for the two of us. Even a flower is plastic, windows were dirty, and the couch cover didn't look very clean either. It's located in the Gurd area, so some steep walks to get to the Old City.
