This barn conversion rests in Compstall, Greater Manchester and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Please Note: Between 28th June - 19th July 2024 this property is only able to accept bookings of 1, 2 or 3 week duration beginning and ending on Friday
The Barn is a superb barn conversion resting on the owner's farm in Compstall, Greater Manchester. Hosting two bedrooms, including a super-king-size with en-suite shower room and a twin with en-suite bathroom, both with Smart TVs and zip/link beds allowing for flexible sleeping arrangements on request. There is also a cloakroom on the ground floor along with a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with an electric stove-effect fire. Parking is available for two vehicles and that to access the cottage is a single track lane and a patio area with furniture overlooking fields. The Barn is an idyllic setting for a rural retreat exploring the Peak District. Note: This property has a minimum night stay of 3 nights. Note: There is an additional charge for one dog upon booking.
Amenities: Gas central heating with electric stove-effect fire. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 3 x Smart TVs, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for two cars. Patio to side of property with furniture. Secure bike store. One well-behaved dog welcome - £25 pet supplement. Sorry, no smoking.
