Villa Vista Splendissima lies on the Amalfi Coast in the appealing village of Annunziata, a little ancient hamlet on the summit of a small hill in a wonderful position with a splendid view of the island of Capri and of all the Gulf of Naples.
The house is in a peaceful and exclusive setting with a magnificent panorama of this breathtaking coast. Surrounded by carefully manicured gardens with a 6,50 x 3 metre swimming pool at its back and a charming pergola in front to provide shade for outside dining at a table with, of course, a sea view. Divine!
The interior of the house is elegantly furnished with antiques mixed with modern amenities. A well-equipped built-in kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, and large fridge makes cooking at home a pleasure, especially with the excellent fish from the sea, and the local produce from the farms. Do not forget the excellent local mozzarella, mouth-watering tomatoes, and of course, the local wine. For entertainment there is a satellite TV, stereo with CD player, WIFI, safe deposit-box. There is laundry with washing-machine. Air conditioning in all the bedrooms of both main house and annex.

Enjoy a stroll to the village, within easy reach on foot, where guests will find an excellent restaurant offering local cuisine, while 500 m away there is a general food shop. The well-know village of Massa Lubrense lies about 2.5 kms away. The local coast-line being very steep, the nearest beach is 5 kilometers, and the best beach at Marina del Cantone, beyond Nerano. Sorrento is about 10 kms away and from the port there, using the hydrofoil, you can reach both Naples and Capri. Positano is about 18 kms away.
