The space
The kitchen has been fitted with a large fridge with integrated freezer, microwave/oven/grill, electric hob, kettle, crockery and cutlery. Additionally, we have provided a dining table and two chairs.

The bedroom has a double bed which benefits from a large storage drawer beneath it, there is also a free-standing wardrobe, visible from the photos, and a chair.

The bathroom is fully tiled to the walls and floor, fittings include a large bathtub with handheld shower, basin with storage drawer, modern toilet, a washing/drying machine. Further benefits include a large heated mirror, shaver socket and under tile floor heating.

There is a large outside patio which is shared with the neighbouring flat, this may be accessed on a first come, first served basis but not after 9.30pm or before 8.30am. The Patio enjoys sun for a large part of the day and has seating arrangements, a table and external wall heater.

Access to the property is reached through a secure gate, down 1 flight of stairs and in through the front door. We will send you an E-Key which can be downloaded onto any Apple or Android device. A physical key can be arranged with prior notice.

The property has excellent fibre optic WI-FI both inside and outside. Hot water and Heating are controlled via a Nest Thermostat.

Guest access
Guests may access all internal parts of the 1 bedroom property at any time. They may use the patio area on a first come first served basis between 08:30am and 09:30pm

Other things to note
The shared patio is used by the neighbours, they have a small dog so please make sure you are bear this in mind during your stay. Also, headroom is limited in the flat due to their former use as vaults.

Subject to availability, we can facilitate an early check-in or late check-out, this can be arranged for an extra charge of between £25 - £35 depending on the cleaners availability and pricing at the time. Please enquire for a fixed price.
