This brand new 2 bedroom villa is located in Uzumlu Village , some 10 - 15 minutes drive from the popular holiday resort town of Kalkan.
Situated in its own generous grounds , the pool area is completely private and suitable for guests wishingl privacy whether it be for religious or other reasons. The garden area makes this villa especially suitable for families with children. Located in the centre of the village and is within easy walking distance of a few grocers shops and restaurants.

The space
accommodation is all on the one evel adn comprises of a spaciour lounge / kitchen / dinng area which opens directly on to the pool terrace. Here there is also a comfortable seating area, alfresco dning area , umbrellas and sun loungers. There is also large grassy area with play equipment for small children.
There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both with ensüıte bathrooms and opening on to the pool terrace.
The double bedroom also benefits from a outsize jacuzzi bath, which guests can enjoy.
There is lots of outdoor space for guests to enjoy in privacy.

The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 6 nights or less there is an additional charge of 2000 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
