Hauptschlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett, zweites Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett, Hochbett mit zwei Einzelbetten, Ausziehsofa zu einem Queensize-Bett im Wohnzimmer mit Blick auf den See. Voll ausgestattete Küche mit großem Elektroherd und Kühlschrank. Bettwäsche / Handtücher inklusive. Beide Veranden haben Tisch / Stühle und Veranda in Richtung See hat Holzkohlegrill. Die hintere Veranda befindet sich über dem See und man kann von der hinteren Veranda aus angeln oder Vögel beobachten. Auf der anderen Straßenseite gibt es ein Bootshaus, in dem Pontonboote / Jetskis (in Privatbesitz) gemietet werden können.

Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftspool und ein Clubhaus (eingeschränkte Öffnungszeiten) mit einer Laufmaschine und einem Billardtisch.

The stay would have been nice but it’s a lot outdated furniture, and spiders webs everywhere. Also it need to be pressure washed.The property needs maintenance, pool was dirty, trash everywhere.

Kevin the Host with the Mostest!

From the point that we got there Kevin was wonderful! He meet us and gave a a tour and showed us around the cabin and told where everything was located! This cabin is on a lake, with a beautiful view! We will definitely be back.

Relax & Refresh

Just what we were looking for! Kevin communicates very well and the cabin literally has everything you can imagine you would need. The cabin was clean. It was very peaceful and quiet. Breakfast and snacks were provided which was a nice touch. I would definitely book again.

Excellent Place

The Cabin is very confortable, is a small place with all the acomodations, the kids loved the semi-second floor as theirs beds, TV with conections and nothing on the place missing, Kevin (owner) is a very good host. Located an extenstion of the Conroe Lake, you can fishing and enjoy the sunset and sunrise. Unfortunately, the common areas of the complex were a bit neglected, the Jacuzzi did not work in the pool, and the community center was dirty and neglected, the pool table damaged and the bathrooms dirty. But the place is located in an excellent place, supermarket and restaurants are close, My Family and me enjoyed the Kevin's Cabin. Thank you so much for your hospitality. :)

Adorable cabin , super cozy!

This cabin was so adorable and fully accommodated my family in comfortable beds throughout the unit. Kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed for meals , and plenty of towels and linens. Kevin was a super host, greeted us and showed us everything about the home, and he even stocked the refrigerator with breakfast items- eggs, bacon, juice , bread for toast, and coffee. I cannot say enough good things. We will definitely be coming back!

Better than a hotel

We were looking for a one night stay around Lake Conroe for four adults. This worked perfectly. We spent a lot of time on the porch watching wildlife... this isn't right on the lake... more on an inlet where water fowl like to congregate. Also saw a lot of fish jumping. If the lake was up, you would be able to dock your boat next to the cabin. The dock is getting some holes in it, so needed to be careful, but the deck on the cabin was fine. The cabin was nicely setup for the size with everything we needed. We are not used to the host showing us around, especially for such a small place, but appreciated that he wanted to provide good customer service. Ate across the street. Overall, no complaints.

Perfect cabin for a weekend getaway

What a great place !!

This was such a charming find. We loved it. The owners have gone above and beyond to make this a pleasant experience. Beautiful views. All the amenities you could ask for and more. Neat declarations. We will be back again. This is a true find and we highly recommend it

Great property with many amenities!

Kevin was very hospitable! He met us at the property and showed us around. He also stocked the fridge with breakfast items and chips, dip, bread and many other items. Literally all you need to visit this cabin is clothing and toiletries.. He provided us with everything else. We will definitely stay again! 💯

Cozy weekend retreat.

The unit we stayed in was excellent, as described, our building owner was helpful,kind and generous. The property (Fishermans Cove)has some construction, and the units under construction appear to be almost complete. We brought our boat launched at the facility boat ramp, and found trailer parking with easy access, and then tied up behind our unit. All and all I would give this property a Good review.

Great experience

Owner gave very detailed information prior to our stay then met us at the property to go through everything with us. Left us everything needed and more from towels to breakfast food! Right on the water and perfect quick weekend getaway for two!

Lake Life at it's best!

This was an awesome get away not to far away! Kevin, the owner is truly the best! If you want a clean, quite, amazing place to get away... this is your place. Kevin goes above and beyond to ensure you have EVERYTHING you need to enjoy your time there. From bathroom, and kitchen amenities, to breakfast food, charcoal and lighter fluid, bug spray, sun screen and even fresh baked cookies is what was waiting for us when we arrived. We WILL STAY AGAIN very soon! 5 stars all the way around!

Kevin and Susan own this property and take pride in keeping our guests happy and comfortable. We can always be reached by phone if you have any question or require anything special. We want you to be repeat customers. Our furnishings are top quality, there is a smart TV in every room, A/C and heat and we will provide the first 2 days fixings for breakfast (you cook) so that you can get up late and be relaxed.

This is a brand new small home and right on the water so that you can fish from the back porch. There is a coal BAR-B-Q on the back deck with a table and 2 chairs. More chairs can be brought from the front porch if so required.
