Dies ist eine neu renovierte Maisonette mit neuen Steinplatten, neuer Farbe und neuen Klima- / Heizgeräten in allen Räumen. Es hat 2 Schlafzimmer, das Hauptschlafzimmer hat ein Queen-Size-Bett, die Couch hat ein ausziehbares Full-Size-Bett, das Kinderzimmer hat ein Etagenbett und ein Zweibettzimmer. Sie müssen Ihre eigene Bettwäsche mitbringen, es gibt viele neue Kissen. Es ist 1-1 / 2 Blocks vom Meer entfernt, die Ecken sind beleuchtet, von der Terrasse hat man einen tollen Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Die Bucht, in der sich ein Park für Kinder befindet, ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Hier können Sie angeln, Kajak fahren, Bootsfahrer beobachten und abends den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Warum bringen Sie Ihr Boot nicht mit? Ship Bottom hat ein eigenes Boot, das ein paar Häuserblocks entfernt startet. Bei den Bildern handelt es sich um alte Bilder, es gab in allen Zimmern höhere Qualitäten wie Flachbildfernseher, s und Bilder sowie neue Gartenmöbel.

Clean, comfortable, & close to everything! Easy access to the beach, walking distance to several good restaurants, & a short drive to Beach Haven for other restaurants & attractions.

Great Location

Great location. Cozy but plenty of space for what we needed it for. Bathroom is a smidge tight but every other room was more than adequate size. Lots of modern appliances, AC units, ceiling fans. (The only very minor constructive criticism is I think the master bedroom bed or at least mattress could be upgraded.) Owner communicated all necessary info in a reasonable timeframe.

Great rental, right near the beach!

I stayed here with my two children and we had an amazing time! This was perfect for us and we walked only 2 blocks if that to the beach daily. You can walk to everything-ice cream, bagels, sports bar/restaurant.....it was super convenient. The place was updated and very nice. Everything was super easy and I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful like-new condo in quiet Ship Bottom!

First trip to LBI & we loved it! Ship bottom is quiet & family friendly. Newly remodeled, clean condo, with pretty, neutral beach decor & comfortable furniture made for a very pleasant stay! Short walk to beach with traffic lights & cross walks. Highly recommend for a family of 4 or 5, with school aged children. It is on the 3rd floor, up 2 flights of stairs, so be aware of that for the old and the young. Outdoor table was very nice & made up for the limited kitchen seating. Well stocked kitchen w/ nice appliances & a sink deep enough to bathe a baby (no bathtub). Bring a pan if you plan to use the oven, or you can use the grill outside. The space is very small but nicely laid out & worked out well for our family. We found most everything that we needed provided in this lovely home. The pull out couch is just a flat surface (no mattress) but we put an air mattress on top & it was good. The doors close off the living room between the bedroom & kitchen for privacy as a sleeping space. There is nowhere to hang wet swimsuits or towels, and no washer or dryer or dishwasher, so just bring plenty of bath/ beach/ kitchen towels for the week.* :-) There are no beach supplies so bring your chairs, umbrellas & beach toys (beach tags are $25 for the week per person cash only). Walmart pickup is 15 minute drive & came in handy for anything we needed. The pictures are very accurate & we are so glad we found this lovely place on sort of short notice. :-) Thank you! *****

Great location

Communication with John was very good, the property was as advertised, we basically had what we needed to enjoy our stay. Fortunately my sisters had rentals near by where I could go to do laundry. Unfortunately, the property cleanliness was not to standard. We arrived at the property around 7 pm and had to run out to meet up with family. Upon returning, I spent time sweeping the entire unit, wiping down inside cupboards and drawers, and found the comforter on the queen bed to be stained and smelly. And the twin bed comforters needed washing. I believe they did not get cleaned because there is no washing machine available at the property. The couch was also sandy and damp. We used one of the twin comforters to put over the couch and borrowed a blanket for the queen bed. John was receptive to my complaint about the cleanliness and addressed it with the cleaning company. Hopefully the next renters will walk into a cleaner environment. Overall, the place was just right for me, my daughter and my 2 grandchildren (5 and 6 years old) They took turns sleeping in the top bunk. I would not recommend 7 people staying here due to the size but is work for the 4 of us.

Nice place in Ship Bottom

Small but nice unit (we stayed on top floor). The owner was available and tended to any needs we had. The place was clean but needs some updates. The only thing that would have been nice to know was to bring a firestick (no smart TV to log in to Netfix, etc).

A few glitches

LBI is always wonderful! We would have loved a real outdoor shower that’s enclosed , a place to hang wet towels etc. and at least one pan that you could use in the oven

Memorial Day Week Getaway

My husband, and friends of ours rented this house for the week. John was very responsive and ensured we had a great stay. The balcony was a great place where we enjoyed dinner each night! The house was close to the beach and to the bay! We enjoyed our stay very much.

A few issues but the owner was attentive and apologetic.

Upon arrival we had not received the code to retrieve the key. Called owner and he quickly picked up and assisted us. Unfortunately, property wasn't cleaned by housekeeper very well but she offered to come back and clean but once 6 of us were settled it was too much trouble to have her come in with all our stuff unpacked. Cleaning person apolpgized repeatedly for not meeting our expectations. Overall, a good rental. Owner was available and helpful when these issues arose.

Excellent place. Highly recommend!!!

We had such a great time on LBI and the rental was fantastic. Clean, nice updates and each room had its own a/c which was much appreciated! The deck was immaculate. Close to the beach as well as the bay and close to restaurants, stores and the arcade/miniature golf, which gave my teenage kids much desired independence. It was a safe neighborhood and perfect location for us! The rental accommodated the five of us (one adult, three teenagers and a younger one) just fine. John, the landlord, was very responsive and assured that we had a great stay! I highly recommend this place and I have a feeling we will return ;)!!!

Great rental!

We stayed from 6/29 to 7/6. The property is a 3 min walk to the beach and about a 6 min walk to the bay. When we arrived, John was at the property to greet us. He even offered he and his son’s help to carry some of our belongings to the top rental! The rental was the perfect size for our family of 4 (3 yr old and 9 month old) but you can definitely have a few more people stay if need be. The property is well maintained and clean. We only encountered one issue on Tuesday of our stay when our coffee maker stopped working. Within 25 minutes of sending John a text, he had a new machine dropped off by a contractor he knew! We wouldn’t get that quick of a replacement if we went to the store ourselves! My only suggestion would be to have the blinds or curtains, especially in the main bedroom, replaced by darker colored ones because that sun comes up especially early haha! I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a stay on LBI.

Excellent location and clean home.

The updates were great. The entire home had tile floor, easy to clean up. The home accommodated all 4 of us. Easy walk to the beach and bay. Easy access to restaurants, bike rental, bagels, jet skis, and everything the island has to offer. Loved the trek deck and the table for 4 outside was perfect. Each room was well air conditioned and the living room was a nice place to relax. Utilized the outside shower and lower level table, too. Only wish was for beach passes to be included. Other than that, had a great stay.

I am a mechanic and my wife is a school teacher we have two children and spend alot of our free time at the shore. I like surf fishing early in the morning my children and wife love the beach and come meet me later where we usually spend the rest of the day on the beach.
