could need. Our spacious 190 sqm apartment is situated on the St
Julians Promenade, offering breathtaking views of Spinola Bay.

The apartment is housed in a residential building with lift access.
Upon entering, you'll find a spacious hallway leading to a bright and
airy living and dining area. The living area features two main
balconies, perfect for enjoying the scenic views and soaking up the
sun. The apartment also includes a fully equipped kitchen, equipped
with a microwave oven and washing machine, ideal for those who prefer
to cook at home.

Bedroom Layout:

- Bedroom 1: 1 Large Double Bed

- Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds (can be converted into a double bed)

- Bedroom 3: 5 Single Beds (can be converted into 2 double beds and 1
single bed)

All bedrooms are equipped with wall-hung air conditioning units to
ensure your comfort. The apartment includes two full bathrooms; one
with a bathtub and overhead shower, and another with a bathtub,
separate shower cubicle, and an overhead shower. We provide towels,
linen, complimentary cable TV, and WiFi to enhance your stay.

convenience. St Julians, once a tranquil fishing village, has

The apartment is conveniently located next to a bus stop, making it
easy to explore without a car as everything is within walking distance.
Free street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Check-in is generally at 3:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am.
Flexible arrangements can be made if there are no other bookings on the

The bus stop is just next to the property. No car is required in the end as the property is located at walking distance from any amenity.

Parking is available on the street and the neighbouring ones, free of charge for all public on first come first service basis. Reservation is not possible.
