Spacious 2-bedroom 2-bathroom luxury apartment in the beachfront Mar Azul complex in Estepona, designed by the Mervin Villaroel architecture studio (known for other unique complexes such as Puente Romano or Kempinski Hotel Bahía) and built with top-quality materials.
The 165m2 holiday home, constructed and decorated in 2015, comprises: large 45m2 living/dining room with 40" Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon, and Movistar TV, and access to the 40m2 furnished terrace with dining area and sofa with wonderful views overlooking the Mediterranean, pool, and tropical gardens; fully-equipped furnished kitchen with Siemens appliances (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nesspreso coffee maker, etc.) and a tasteful serving hatch to the dining area; master bedroom with double bed and access to the main terrace; second bedroom with twin beds, work desk, and access to a small private balcony; two complete marble bathrooms, the first with hydromassage bathtub and separate shower, the second with shower over bath. Amenities include a safe, centralised A/C and heating, underfloor heating, a piped music system in the terrace, bedrooms, and bathrooms, free Wi-Fi connection, and a parking space in the complex's garage.
Among the amenities offered by Mar Azul stand out its 24h reception, illuminated outdoor pool surrounded by tropical gardens, indoor pool, gym, Finnish sauna, etc. The pools are open all year round, and the poolside bar serving food and drinks is open from 12pm to 7pm from June 15th to September 15th; hammocks are free and used on a first-come-first-served basis.
Mar Azul is located in a lavish and secluded albeit well-communicated area of Estepona, a 35-minute walk from the centre, and a 10-minute walk from Laguna Village, a leisure center with deluxe restaurants and small shops.
If you wish, you may request a cleaning service at an extra cost of €12 per hour.
