As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The apartment is a perfect place to relax and the Finca itself has a lot of tranquility to offer.

Linen and towels are all included and are changed depending on the length of the stay.

A deposit of 200€ has to be paid in cash at the day of arrival.

There is an obligatory tourist tax, that has to be paid in cash at the end of the stay as well as a service fee of 35€. Both are not included in the total rental price.

- Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed.
- There are free on-site parking facilities available at the property.
The swimming pool is a community pool and is shared with the other apartments.
Pool / Beach towel can be booked for 2€/day

All unsere Apartments sind für Selbstversorger. In dem Apartment finden Sie alles was Sie brauchen, um sich eine Kleinigkeit vorzubereiten.
Ein perfekter Ort um die Ruhe zu genießen und aus dem Alltag zu flüchten.

Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Küchentücher sind vorhanden. Je nach Länge des Aufenthaltes wird ein Wechsel der Handtücher und der Bettwäsche gemacht.

Am Tag der Anreise, muss eine Kaution von 200€ in Bar hinterlegt werden. Davon wird am Ende des Aufenthaltes die Touristensteuer, eine Servicegebühr von 35€, sowie vor Ort gebuchte Extras und während des Aufenthaltes passierte Schäden (Glas/Teller kaputt, etc.) abgezogen.

- Rauchen in den Apartments ist nicht erlaubt.
- Jedes Apartment hat seinen eigenen Parkplatz.
Auf der Finca gibt es einen Gemeinschaftspool, der von allen 6 Einheiten genutzt wird.
Pool-/ Strandtücher können für 2€/Tag gemietet werden

Todos nuestros apartamientos son autoservicio. En el apartamiento encontrará todo lo necesario para preparar un tentempié.
Un lugar perfecto para disfrutar de la tranquilidad y evadirse de la vida cotidiana.

Se proporciona ropa de cama, toallas y paños de cocina. Dependiendo de la duración de su estancia, se realizará un cambio de toallas y ropa de cama.

El día de la llegada, deberá abonarse un depósito de 200 euros en efectivo. Al final de la estancia, se deducirán la tasa turística, una tasa de servicio de 35€, así como los extras reservados in situ y los daños ocurridos durante la estancia (cristales/platos rotos, etc.).

- No está permitido fumar en los pisos.
- Cada piso tiene su propia plaza de aparcamiento.
Hay una piscina comunitaria en la finca que es utilizado por las 6 unidades.
Se pueden alquilar toallas de piscina/playa por 2€/día.
