Enter our private and comfortable Eixample apartment, perfect for groups of 5 people. The apartment is located in the “Eixample” area, close to favorite tourist sights and congress centre. Tapas Bars, a supermarket, public transportation and even parking, this apartment is near everything you would need during your stay in Barcelona!

With just enough room for up to 5 guests, this apartment is the relaxing home you need during your stay in Barcelona. In this spacious and cozy apartment, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment is fully equipped, has a flatscreen TV, WiFi connection, and a complete kitchen to cook whatever you want during your stay in Barcelona. The building has an elevator for easy access when you arrive.

Entering this designed apartment, you will find two individual bedrooms. The master bedroom can allow for either a double bed or three singles, highlighting the functionality of this property. Connecting from the living room is the gallery to view the internal part of the block. In the minimalist living room, you can find a comfortable sofa.
Any bed sheets and linens you will need are provided in the apartment. The other two bedrooms are equipped with individual beds each, a night stand and closets to place all your belongings plus your shoppings during your stay in Barcelona.

There is also a gallery with urban views, making it fun to peek around the neighborhood. Facing the interior of the block is a great place for a cup of coffee in the morning and gives you the peace and tranquility away from the bustling street.

All in all, it is very practical whether you are traveling for business, with a group of friends, or family. You'll definitely feel comfortable and relaxed. With plenty of space and bathrooms, this central apartment is the place to be. For travelers, public transportations is easily reachable. Metro stop at Urgell street, metro goes on the line. You can also catch a bus: Night Bus N12, Daybus H10, 20, 37.

Hey there! Some important info for your upcoming stay:

All guests are REQUIRED to fill out a pre-arrival form and SIGN a rental contract before their stay. These steps are MANDATORY to ensure a smooth check-in process and to comply with local regulations.

- Keeping things smooth:
For your comfort we will answer you in your preferred booking platform's chat on workdays (mon-fri 9:30 am to 6:30 pm). Outside those hours our call center is at your service for phone calls for urgent matters. All other matters will be handled as soon as it is possible or picked up the next working day by our team.

- Heads up, we don't have a reception, but we're here to make things awesome for you!

- Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM. If it's past 6:30 PM on weekdays or it is the weekend/holiday, don’t worry! We have a key drop-off service.
Late check-in fee (excluded from the price) 30€ after 21:00 / 50€ after 00:00.

- Check-out: Always wrap things up by 11:00 AM.

- Before you make moves to the apartment, give us a call about 30-45 minutes before. No app calls or texts please, just hit us up with a regular call.

- Need help with bags? Check out "Luggit Service" - They can pick up your belongings and deliver them at 15:00 at the apartment, so you can explore the city in the meantime ;)

- Remember to send over IDs of all guests before arriving. It's a local rule we have to follow.

- Make sure outstanding amounts are squared away before you check in.

- Don't forget about the tourist tax – it's 6,05€ per person per night, not included in your initial booking payment.
For all reservations arriving from 1st October onwards, Barcelona's tourist tax fee is 6,88 EUR. per person per night

- When confirming the booking, it is required to sign the rental agreement contract.

- Baby on board? No problem! We've got free baby cots, but give us a shout when you book. For the safety of your baby, there are no sheets, pillows or additional mattress in the cots, only the regulated mattress that comes with all travel cots.
