Welcome to my home, features a welcoming hallway with enclosed shower room to the right, leading to open style modern kitchen and small step down leading to a spacious double bed room/siting room with feature fire surround and fitted wardrobes.
The bedroom is cosy and furnished with a comfortable double bed, fitted with hotel quality linens, as well as a sitting area with a TV.
You'll also find my kitchen fully-equipped with everything you'll need to whip up a lovely homecooked meal such as pots, pans and cutleries. (The stove is not working due an electrical problem).
The flat has 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower. You'll also find basic essentials such as soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and fresh towels provided for your convenience.

CHECK IN FROM 3PM - This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (15:00 on the day). If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
