Newly decorated and Super Clean- 3 bedroom terrace house in Cardiff provides accommodation with free WiFi and FREE PARKING.

Our house allows you to stay in a home away from home! Our house is conveniently located within 15 minutes walk and 5 minutes drive of the City Cente. Regular and reliable bus routes are a couple minutes walk away.

The house features 3 bedrooms, 2 receptions, including a dining room ,and 1 bathroom with a bath and shower. The house features TV with satellite channels, an equipped kitchen- microwave, oven, a washing machine and also a small garden.

Your home during stay will be super clean, quiet and very comfortable. Towels and bed linen are provided in this accommodation at no extra cost. Our home is strictly for 5 guests, hence parties are NOT permitted. Zero tolerance NO smoking and drugs policy, however smoking will be permitted only outside in our garden.

During your stay we will be your sole point of contact prior to check in, during check in and at check out so you don't have to worry about dealing with an external managing agent. We are friendly, helpful, sociable host who endower to hand over a super clean and comfortable home for you to enjoy.

Great night away

We loved our little stay here for the night. Great location for city centre, bay and everywhere else. The house was spotless, the bedrooms were good size, dining room great, lounge warm and cosy, kitchen well equipped with bottled water and fresh milk left for us. All for a last minute booking Check in was hassle free and there wasn’t too much the host could do for us, Connie was simply the best host you could ask for and that’s no exaggeration

Best decision you can make

Our family booking for 2 adults and 3 children aged 5-8 with Vrbo in Cardiff really made our whole trip be a wrap! The "holiday house" as our children called it wasn't only comfy and very snug, it was a well-defined homely place to return to after each day of adventuring around the very many sites and experiences to be had. The house was spick and span throughout and especially calming were all the little details throughout the rooms that made that very fact of being there the most sensible choice of the selection available. Strongly recommend that whoever you are you choose 20 Tynant Street for your stay. Safe, free vehicle parking in the same street and a very local and shop and chippy nearby to top it all off. Couldn't be better. Thank you.

The property was spotlessly clean, in a really quiet street a stone's throw from the city centre. The host provided many extras including milk, cereals and toiletries. There were ample mugs, glasses and cutlery. The property has a washing machine, fridge/freezer and cooker. The bath towels were a good size and beautifully soft. The beds were comfortable and clean. My friends and I have no hesitation in recommending this property and will definitely re-book in the future
