IMPORTANT: We want you to have a good time in our lovely house, but we have a few ground rules, so things are clear and it avoids unnecessary discussions afterwards:
- No Parties -
The house is inside a quiet urbanisation with strict rules regarding noise.
- Only Registered Guests Are Allowed -
We need to know before you arrive, exactly who will be staying in the house. It is not
allowed to add additional guests without prior authorization from our side.
- No Smoking -
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, including all rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. Guests are only permitted to smoke outside the property or on designated terraces.
If any evidence of smoking inside the property is found after check-out, a €150 fee will be charged for a specialized cleaning service. This fee will cover the cost of removing smoke odors, stains, and other damage caused by smoking.
- No Pets -
No exceptions can be made to this rule.
