Blue Haven - funky, modern, central, sophisticated, 3 bedroom house!

Blue Haven is a bright, airy, luxurious modern holiday home, based very centrally in the middle of Brighton. It is located in a quite residential street, which though, is only a 2 minute walk to the beach and the i360 and literally yards from the centre of Brighton with all its restaurants, bars theatres etc. Spread over three main floors it has 3 large bedrooms, a large lounge/dining area, a kitchen/breakfast area together with a downstairs office for those that still need to work! It has a large main bathroom which features a large shower and modern bath and the top floor bedroom also features a shower and sink. There is a separate toilet on the ground floor as well. The house has all the modern amenities that you would expect such as Wi-Fi, washing machine and separate dryer, BBQ, smart TV in the lounge and middle bedroom, bedding, hairdryers and towels etc. It also has a patio garden. Its location is perfect being walking distance to virtually everywhere including the station. Parking is available in various car parks which are a 2 minute walk or via Parkopedia. Dogs are allowed but please let us know in advance as more cleaning is required. We hope you enjoy the house!!

Beautiful House Near Brighton Beach

The house was charming, comfortable, and in a great location for beach and the train station. The owner was very communicative and helped us with any questions we had. Highly recommend.

Lovely property. Friendly owner who was happy to help and reached out to offer early check in.

Great location. Beautiful home. Good kitchen facilities. Lots of keys and a lock box which is helpful. Was tidy and clean but could of been hoovered more thoroughly. Two bedrooms are incredible but one the double bed is very small and is against a wall so wouldn’t list as three large doubles when the bed isn’t a full double, that said was adequate in the third one also. Bathroom was lovely with a huge waterfall shower and a huge bathtub. Quirks and lovely decor of the place were great. The sofa seated 3 max which is as a bit of a pain for having a full house at 6 in a staycation. And the sofa had a large dip in it although still quite comfy. More soft seating to accommodate all 6 would be better. Provided everything you’d need like towels some dishwasher tablets etc. 100 % Would stay again. Friendly and professional service.

Currently we also have a holiday home in St Leonards which we have successfully run for some time and now we have our Brighton home as well! We are passionate about our guests and make sure that the house is run to the standards that our guests expect. We are used to this having also worked for many years as event specialists, organising events all over the world for large groups of people - so we understand how important attention to detail and standards are - especially when it is your hard earned money that is paying for the time away.
